Hoshitori Sushi & Ramen

Ordered a last minute platter for a ladies night get together. My go to sushi place was not able to get it done in time. Quality and presentation was lovely and everyone was happy with the selection. You made a new customer.

Amazing sushi! Fresh and top notch quality. Best omakase in NJ! I enjoy eating sushi at least once a week. Chef Yang overwhelmed my taste buds with the freshest and finest ingredients. Much appreciation. My only regret.. I didn't take all the pictures... posting some of the great sushis.

I found a local gem. Per my friend's recommendation, I finally visited this restaurant and realized I should have tried this place much earlier. I had sushi omakase and was surprised with the quality of the sushi. I work in the city and am a regular to those high end Japanese restaurants, and what I had at Hoshitori was very comparable (or even better) to those popular pricey places in the city, run by famous chefs. If you want "quality" sushi, this is definitely one of the restaurants you want to keep in your favorite list.

The sushi is fresh and the price is reasonable. There aren't any tables indoors so it's primarily for take out. Would go again!

My favorite sushi place EVER. I actually get excited every time I pick up my order. Their Las Vegas and Green Dragon Roll are my favorite. Their price reflects their quality, id rather the freshest fish and they're the place!

Great neighborhood spot for what it is! Ordered sushi deluxe, avocado bomb, and bunch of rolls, eel avocado roll, spicy tuna roll, chicken teriyaki roll, shrimp tempura roll. Everything was rly good! For me personally it was too much sauce on top, I’ll just have to ask them for less sauce or just on the side!

They have a good takeout system. Easy to order online. Friendly staff too :)

One of the hidden Gems in fresh and awesome sushi in Old Tappan. The white ninja roll is a MUST TRY. Also order the Amazing Roll.

The owner Jay prepares all the sushi fresh and is just an awesome guy. He replaced the previous owners and has really turned this place around in two short years.

This is a must try. Always fresh and never disappointed.

This is the best place for Sushi. I've moved to Florida a few years ago and can not find a place better there or NY. I try and come up twice a year and I always stop here. Staff and service are the best. The chef is both a true artist and a world class sushi chef

Always fabulous. My grandchildren also love J and his staff. Uni, the best tuna, the best raw fish, I wouldn't go to another restaurant.

Best sushi & sashimi & omakase you can have in NJ.
You cant go wrong here, Chef Jay doesnt hold back on the ingredient. The fish they use here is same as the $400 place in the city. Enough said

Such a small place few tables TBH I was a bit scared..... This restaurant is awesome. I didn't expect what they had in store. The staff and owner we're just amazing and food was even better then the service which is hard to do. This place is a must stop

One of the best sushi I've ever tried. I heard they import most of their ingredients directly from Japan. Can't go wrong with that. Give it a try....won't regret.
