Shelby was fantastic to us tonight, we had such a rough day people wise, and we came close to closing time. The kindness she extended to us today was so needed. Shelby thank you so much for being so kind after I’m sure a long day on your end too. It’s appreciated more than I can express. Give this woman a raise!

My fiancé and I had a really rough day, and we decided to stop by Panera Bread to grab a bite to eat. We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and warmth of Shelby, one of the employees. Shelby went out of her way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Her genuine friendliness and attentive service truly brightened our spirits. There coffee taste so good I mix the light roast with a little bit of hazelnut👍 we are part of the sip club its a very good deal

i literally come here every day (so do my coworkers, i’m sure they are tired of us LOL) it’s right next to work, and my orders are always right. i love how quick they are in the drive thru!! really helps with my 30 minute lunch time. definitely recommend!!

Great place to hang out and have meetings. Very cozy and nice interiors. We ordered Steak and Arugula Sandwich with Cream of chicken and Wild Rice Soup and Cuban Sandwich with Baja Mac and Cheese with Coffee and Blood Orange Lemonade. The food was delicious and the beverages are refillable. The service went well. We did the self service order in the counter and the process was smooth. Great place to dine in and grab some bite.

They have the absolute best Ciabatta Cheesesteak ever made.
So delicious. I highly recommend it.

What a delight Ethan is! It was such a treat today to come in and be treated so well by someone who clearly cares about customer service and having our order taken care of in a timely fashion. It was a breath of fresh air in all of my recent Panera sips club experiences. Please keep him around!

I usually get three to six bagels, and some dips, for myself when I go. Today, the drive-thru attendant was named Ashley (according to this receipt). I got six Cinnamon Sugar bagels and two dips. Ashley let me know the Cinnamon Sugar tends to go stale faster, which was nice cause I always get bagels for later. Ashley was so nice, and I hope they have a great day today. A+ job, Ashley! 🥳🥳🥳

(Update: I just opened up my bagels, and none of them were cut. So check that before you leave.)

The staff have always treated me like family and have made me feel welcome. I have become a regular because of working nearby and feel blessed to have such kindness every time I come in. The food is always hot and they have never hesitated to fix something if I had an issue with my order.

I have always liked Panera Bread and this location. They have been doing an amazing job, especially here lately. I called to have a meal delivered and they accidentally forgot something. I called and they apologized profusely and then brought me my order promptly along with 2 complimentary cookies, which was unnecessary but very appreciated! Like I said, I have always liked them, but they're really doing well and trying to provide food to their customers while seemingly keeping a safe distance.

I surprisingly have never left a review for this location, but after today I felt that I needed to. Thank you Morgan for making things right and your great customer service!

Would like to update: this location is still a wonderful Panera Bread! Love there service.

Dined in for a late lunch. The broccoli cheddar soup was hot and delicious. I paired the soup with the Greek Goddess salad with chicken. The salad had a different variety of fresh greens, cherry /grape tomatoes, bacon bits, and hard boiled egg halves. The dressing was complimentary to the salad fixings. I love the large windows at this location that let in natural light. Plenty of open seating. I highly recommend this location 👌.

Great sandwich and soup. Onion soup was great and sandwich big and tasty.

We've been ordering Panera once a week during my work gig in Jeffersonville, and will continue to do so. Every time the food has been correct and wonderful. We had one hiccup with delivery, but this was not the fault of Panera, when I went to pickup the order after the driver "couldn't find our address", the manager had to remake the order. I felt bad for the issue, but he was extremely friendly and apologetic to something that was not his fault. Since then I have been going to pickup myself with no issue. Staff is friendly and I always see the manager back with the crew working just as hard as his team! Refreshing to see. Good work!

Love the food and great service, we came here when they were super busy, but we ordered our food and got it in super good time considering the long line. Food was good, but my wife had a small issue with her meal, but the manager (Melody) handled it very well, and was very kind. She did much more than was expected. Thank you Melody we never eat here but because of your kindness, you just made Panera bread a new regular customer, and our friends and family as well. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I try to if I think it’s totally necessary. I don’t like excellence to go unnoticed!

We order from Panera weekly where I work. Dan the delivery driver is the BEST!! He always is friendly and has a smile! They forgot to send my Tea with him and a little while later he showed back up with it even when I told him not to worry about it!! It made my day!! Our food is always delicious and quick!!

This has been my favorite Panera Location for years!! Very Kind hardworking employees! Always enjoy stopping in here.

The food is always delicious. The guy at the drive threw, didn't take the time to run or check out the gift cards that I had, kept telling me they were declined, one had 50.00 never been used, the other still had a remaining 200.00+ balance on it but still kept telling me declined.

This is one of the best breakfast places around. I've tried everything from their fresh bread loaves and bagels to their grilled sandwiches. They also have killer pastries and coffee. The wait can be long even for a small item, because they are so busy, but it is completely worth it. Definitely worth the drive.
