The staff were great!!! From my call to the completion of my visit, it was a seamless process. In my opinion, the frontline employees had fulfilled their duty. But the management has also set up a good system for their staff to get their job done. Your employees are not sitting in the office waiting for their time to get off work, not caring about patients' needs at all. They do their best for the patients. 2 THUMBS UP !!!

Check in was easy, staff was fabulous, and Dr. Loo is great! So glad that we came, only complaint is the parking, but nothing you could do about that! People get sick, and now the time of year when the most people get sick. Regardless, it was a great experience.

went in for thumb injection due to joint pain. Doctor scheduled quickly and took x-rays of knee and thumb. When I went in I had not received results yet from the x-rays and jokingly asked if they could do a two for one injections in knee and thumb and they did. Dr Assistant Martin was very informative, professional and completed the procedures gently. Nurse on duty was wonderful. personable and friendly.

Doctor spent quality time with me and was able to answer all my questions. I didn't feel like she was rushed to get the appointment over and head to her next.

The whole experience and help I had to check in was great for my first visit. People were very nice and helpful.

Dr. Paulson is very thorough & explains everything she is thinking & allows my input regarding my treatment plan. Lily her assistant is very helpful & is very welcoming.

Dr Linda Wang Is the best doctor that has ever treated me, her empathy and kindness are something I value so much. She has made a huge impact in my life by supporting my journey and working on my mental health. Dr. Linda Wang is always listening to my needs and giving me the best medical advice. She's respectful to my culture and my beliefs and I feel very safe having her as my primary care provider. She listens to my needs always is very knowledgeable in her field.

The first person was really nice, and calming. Also thoroughly explained everything. Dr Wozniak as always was awesome and clearly took time to read my chart before coming into the room and was very thorough, and helpful.

Dr. Aleksandrova took the time to listen to me and explain my options. I feel cared for. Imaging was respectful and worked with me understanding my limitations. Thank you Kaiser, keep up the good work.

Been doing infusions for a very long time...have become very close to nurses and I am very fond of the service they provide...Prima, Amy, Maria, Mary, all are terrific nurses. This is a very personal procedure and I think they get that. If a person has to have these procedures, I cannot imagine a better place and better staff to work with. Have become personal friends with Prima and Amy...feel very fortunate. Thank you for all that they and you do to keep me healthy and alive. Kelly

I checked in at a kiosk and by the time I got to the door, the nurse welcomed me in. Taking vitals and checking medical history was all very efficient. Dr. Payne-Osterlund gave me a wrist brace and referred me to orthopedics and physiatry for further evaluation and treatment for the numbness in my left hand. Since i moved recently, I had to change my primary doctor. This was my first time seeing Dr. Payne-Osterlund, and I was impressed with her professionalism and efficiency.

This is my first time at this facility. Check in was quick and efficient and they got me taken care of immediately. The space is large and clean. I appreciate the reclining chair and private space (in the infusion center). They offered blankets, drinks, snacks, etc. The RN Tammy was so nice and I appreciated her warm energy.

Tammy and Maria are excellent nurses. Their love for their patients is obvious to all including me.

Michael Gariepy was very personable and efficient. He addressed my issues thoroughly asked for my input on treatment for my issue. Very pleased with my visit!

Amazing Physician and very good people skills.
He was very knowledgeable and explained alot of my treatments to me in visits.

I did however have to wait for almost 1hr. But it was worth it.

His assistant Melissa was sweet and made my stay at ease.

Im pretty sure they have the best Lab Techs in the country because every time I get blood drawn here, not only does it not hurt, but its barely even uncomfortable. As someone who always stresses getting blood drawn, this is a relief...I hope they get paid well because they absolutely deserve it.

This was a second visit with my new doctor. I have been very impressed with how carefully see listens to what I have to say and how thoroughly she answers.

The staff was great as always! Dr. Hall is the kindest provider and has been so patient with trying to figure out my son’s concerns! He is so sweet and we always enjoying coming to see him in the office!
