This location is one of the best I've ever gone to. They are very helpful and seem to be concerned about my problem. They also try to help me before sending me to that Centra 800#.... I give them 5 stars!

This is my go-to Centra location. Jordan is an excellent representative. He's fast, friendly, extremely informative and just an all around pleasure to interact with. While all employees are pleasant and courteous, Jordan takes it above and beyond! (I think that's his name :-)

I do not recommend this bank to anyone, terrible customer service, they never answer the phone, they do not know how to work
