I dealt with Tyler and he went above and beyond to make my purchase go smooth. I was very nervous buying a slightly used vehicle sight unseen for 80 grand from 500 miles away and trusted in Tyler that it was in pristine condition and it was. He even went in on his day off to iron out the details to make sure I could have my delivery when I needed it. He is everything you could want in a car salesman. Vick and team were excellent to deal with. I had a transmission issue with my Hyundai and they had it diagnosed the day I dropped it off. Vick let me know the issue and the plan to get it resolved. While it did take a day or two longer than expected Vick was always in communication with me. Communication is key and Vick knocked it out of the park. Thanks again.

I was given great service while at Bachman Hyundai. I was in search of a new vehicle and with a limited budget. Korey Gould was the sales person I communicated with. With his help I was able to find a vehicle I wanted within the budget I was working with.

Worked me in within 2 days instead of 3 months like the closer dealership was doing. Brought the car in at 10:30am and it was ready before 3:00pm same day. Warranty work and it all looks like it is working as expected. Very happy with the service.

Ryan was a great help. Friendly and knowledgeable he easily fixed a problem I was having with my after- market radio changing my odometer settings. Four other “professionals” said it couldn’t be fixed. Ryan fixed it.
The mechanic also replaced an air filter that other businesses said was simply to hard to reach. That filthy air filter was blocking most of my A/C. Your mechanic took the time and made the effort and I have cool air for the first time in years. While this was being done, I had to leave my car for the day and use the shuttle service that was offered. The driver was friendly and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Thank you for taking the time to fix problems my car had. It’s like driving a new car.

Upon checking inventory online I found MY car! Immediately was greeted and welcomed by Gavin Miller whom was an absolute pleasure to work with. Adrian in financing is also fantastic! Process took a while as to be expected BUT nonetheless very pleasant.

This is the best dealership for service (I do not know about sales, but I assume they are as well). I drive from Louisville to this dealership for all the car service needs. (after having a negative experience in both of the local dealerships in Louisville). I literally have a dealership in Louisville 1 mile from where i work, but I would rather drive the 20-30 minutes to get here. I've learned that all dealerships are quite different; in this location you get personalized treatment, from people who care. A positive is, that, they are in good moods (I know, sounds weird to say out loud). It really makes a difference when there is so much positive energy here. But the main thing, quality of service. They found and diagnosed my cars issues in under 2 hours, whereas the location in Louisville found none after over 4 hours. They got the parts I needed at a really quick rate, and had it all done in one day. The free shuttle is amazing, as they took me to and from Louisville free of charge. Vick was my advisor and coordinator and I highly recommend for the professionalism and the way he personally is involved in all steps of the process to ensure it all goes smoothly and efficiently. THIS IS THE BEST DEAERSHIP AROUND FOR MILES. Even if you live in Louisville, come HERE instead of one the local dealerships. See for yourself why this is worth the longer drive.

This is the only Hyundai dealer in this area that never charged market adjustments during the supply chain crunch. Straight forward dealer with no hard sell on extras.

The service rep, Vic, is great. He got my car repaired unbelievably fast and no issues 6 months later. He made the experience as painless as possible. I won’t do service through anyone else! Best experience with car maintenance ever.

Traveled 3 1/2 hrs to Louisville for a convention and while down here our 2018 Hyundai Tuscon started flashing a check engine light. We showed up Monday morning as soon as Service opened up. Vick was our Service Writer, he was very kind and professional, seemed to have lots of Knowledge on our car and what possible problems there could be. Technician diagnosed our car with a faulty Knock Sensor. Paul was a very nice and friendly shuttle driver that took us back to our Hotel. We had to call around 4pm to see where they were with the car and luckily they were wrapping things up. Unfortunately Vick had left before we got there to thank him for his help, but Bennet was able to go over our Workorder with us and luckily everything was covered under warranty. All and all our experience at Bachman was positive and we felt cared for. Would recommend 👍🏽

We purchased a 2022 Santa Cruz and it could not of been a smoother process. Shawn Ramsey was amazing which made our buying experience wonderful. This was my first time using Bachman's service dept. I read the reviews and had some concerns. Several reviews mentioned a service advisor, Victor Perry, because of his 5 star ratings, I decided to make an appointment. Victor Perry provided 5 stars and above customer service. I had an issue with the repair of my vehicle. Victor was concern about my safety, my convenience and the repair of my car. Victor met with his service manager and the mechanic to further address my concerns. I am impressed with the customer service of the whole team, even Paul, the courtesy driver, who was a delight.

This is the first time I have had an unbelievably positive experience with a car dealer's service department. When I first called, I scheduled my appointment with George who was polite and kind. Then I received a text that I would be working with Vic Perry which also included his direct phone number. He could not have done a better job with communicating and clarifying the needs of the situation and resolving my issues with our Hyundai Sonata Sport engine. I recently purchased a new hybrid Tucson from Bachman--they could have charged over MSRP with the current market, but they didn't. I also never felt any pressure, and I felt like Korey (my salesman) was always honest with me--he never suggested I do anything that wasn't in my best interest.
