Dr. Colburn was amazing and really helped. Even though he had a lot to do with a full urgent care he listened to my concerns, genuinely cared and was able to schedule my referral right away. It was a big help! All the other staff was kind and nice.

Dr Jennifer Thompson was amazing!!! Very thorough and attentive. Very patient and clear when answering questions and concerns.

Tatiana was also wonderful. Super kind and fun to talk with while getting the information down.

Could not be happier with this team! ❤

Rachel was the rn who did my Pap smear today- and it was maybe the best I’ve ever had. He bedside manor is the very best. She was so warm and calm- loved the lollipop - so very thoughtful.
I felt *cared* for in a setting that can easily feel only clinical.

Samantha and Brittney from the lab were amazing. My daughter had 4 pokes from the peds office so i took her to mt talbert lab for one last try. They got the blood in one poke, and they were so kind and fast.

I had the most amazing experience at this Urgent Care from start to finish. The check in experience with Kellyn was pleasant. The most amazing part was that DR. IWANSKI and his assistant, EDITH were taking all my concerns to heart! They heard me out and were very understanding in what I needed! They were EXCEPTIONAL and need to be praised! Thank you all for caring for me.

I came in with concerns about chest pains. Everyone that I dealt with was personable, treated me as a person and was obviously interested in meeting my needs. I'm not sure that I have all the names right. I hope so: Edith, Isabel Matt Elya. I couldn't be more pleased. And, the icing on the cake was being cleared without have to go to ER. Thank you so much!

Nurse Practitioner Trisha Mendoza-Lopez did an excellent job today with me. She was patient with me and listen to my concerns and we talked about my broader health and goals. She went above and beyond to make sure that she answered all my questions, and then selected the treatment plan that was right for me. She also was able to look at her schedule and get me the treatment that I needed without me having to come back another day. I’m really grateful for her and the time she and her medical assistant took with me today.

Dr.Emily West was exceptional she took her time with me ,answered all my questions, was a good listener,was reassuring,recommended a great book and allowed me to borrow her copy.

Love Dr. Bell. He was kind, efficient and very thorough. He helped me immensely and had good suggestions on follow up. I wish he could be my primary! Give that man a raise.

Christine spoke clearly and in a friendly manner. She explained things well and confirmed that I understood. She also listened to me.

Scott and Dr. Fobare are just amazing people. They really know how to show kindness and empathy. Dr. Fobare saved my life back in February and my family and I can’t thank her enough. We Love her❣

My doctor and assistant were amazing! Empathetic, pleasant, professional, warm, informative. I felt the doctor truly made an effort to understand my specific issue and to give me the best options possible.

Jasmine, the assistant, was also amazing. She was pleasant to work with and I felt you truly cared as well.

I have been a member of Kaiser Permanente since 1964 when Henry and Bess Kaizer owned it exclusively. There were short periods that I worked at a company that did not offer kaiser.. I see people say, lines too long blah blah blah. Apparently those people are not following the guidelines to make each visit easier on both the patient and the provider.
I had shut off notifications and allowed another app to overwrite Kaiser. I didn't know that so I tried to order in ev ery way possible finally I decided I need it quicker than the mail order so I called Mount Talbert pharmacy and asked if I could send doordash to pick up my prescriptions. I wasn't laughed at or chagrined in any way. I will simply told I had to either pick it up myself or have someone else pick it up for me fast forward 3 and 1/2 hours later, they transferred the prescriptions from mail order and had them processed within 30 minutes. My advice would be to consider not only the wait times but these sort of benefits too do your due diligence and I promise they will do theirs. On that I am an expert.

The doctor I see today was so informative, I could tell immediately that she knew what she was doing and she was going to take good care of me. I’m leaving feeling heard and confident that I’m going to get better because of the great care I received.

Everyone at the valve clinic was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. All of our collective questions were satisfactorily answered.

Leah, the phlebotomist is great at what she does. Kept a conversation while drawing blood, barely felt the poke and when needed to adjust the needle, she did not go in further. Big kudos to her.

The man who performed my echocardiogram was kind, informative, and respectful. He explained the procedure well. Excellent experience

All of the personnel were very nice and helpful. The doctor was intelligent and kind. She took the time to educate me well.

Saw Dr Melanie M. Sauvain MD who was concerned about me with the symptoms I was having and immediately got all the tests done that were needed and had me admitted to the hospital. Her caring and the other nurses caring was excellent. Her expertise in knowing what to do fast to get me the care I needed through fast paperwork and might just have saved me from a stroke or heart attack.

My Visit was exceptional. It started on time.. and the staff was incredible. Dr. C, Wong was so kind and helpful. She listened to me and gave me information about my illness that put me at ease. I grateful for her knowledge and treatment plan! Thanks Dr. Wong!
