I called a few weeks after the ice storm when I noticed water damage on our ceiling. Renaissance had a roofer out within a week to do a thorough inspection. Jordan took pictures of the roof, flashing, and sheeting (inside the attic) and explained what he saw. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions, putting our minds at ease that the water damage was almost certainly a fluke caused by the ice melting and blocking up the flashing/drainage. We will definitely call back for any other inspections and repairs we'll need in the future.

I can’t say enough great things about Renaissance Roofing. I had no clue who to go with and requested recommendations via NextDoor. A lot of recommendations were for Renaissance. David was punctual and was so great at being flexible with me on a time that worked well for me to come out to my house. The price was very competitive versus the other quotes I received from different roofing companies. They were communicative and always so great on the phone when I called. I called the office a few times and Tony and Rachel were always so friendly and helpful. I was scheduled for the roof promptly and crew came as planned despite rain. Phillip the crew leader was excellent. Despite not being home to monitor the progress, he made sure everything went smoothly. They did an excellent job cleaning up and left no trace of having been here, except a beautiful new roof! I would highly recommend for your next roof replacement.

renaissance Roofing gets 5 stars for the job they did this fall on our home. After calling several local roofing companies I was immediately impressed with their excellent communication. They do not charge for estimate and the estimate was very competitive. I had both a shingle roof and flat roof installed by them. They took excellent notes on areas of concern to me. They showed up on time and worked quickly with a highly professional foreman, Felix, who was very responsive to any last minute changes or concerns I had. Very impressed with Renaissance.

We just had our 50 year old house's roof replaced! It had two layers of roofing on it and was seriously starting to leak at our barn. We obtained 5 bids, of which Renaissance was close to but not the lowest bidder. We decided to spend 10% more over the low bid and in return received a superior product, the right color, great workmanship and an overall pleasant experience. Our crews were from Medford and they service this area. We highly recommend them so please include them in your cost/benefit analysis. You won't be disappointed. Cheers

Had a great experience from start (bidding process) to finish! Would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone, in fact I've already referred one job to them. David was great to work with and answered all of our questions. They were able to modify a few materials used for my preference. Rachel and the rest of the team were very communicative about scheduling, even with a rain delay. They even brought their own porta-poty to use during the duration of the project. At the end of each day, the job site was cleaned up perfectly and we didn't even find one nail. During the final walk-through, a few minor (& I mean very minor) items were discovered. They were more than helpful making sure these items were handled properly and even went above and beyond to surprise me. Our new roof looks fantastic and we have already received multiple compliments from our neighbors!

I loved the entire process of what could be a very confusing process. David was super responsive either by phone, in person or texts. The company was very flexible with our changing schedule. The work crew, Led by Felix, was on time, super consistent and gave great advice. Because of Covid-19, the entire team used social distancing with us. They even were flexible with how we were able to pay. I would recommend Renaissance Roofing to anyone looking for quality at a very competitive price.

We worked with Mike in the Medford area, we could not be happier. Mike was friendly and very responsive. The price was reasonable and his crew was professional and friendly. Dealing with the integrity of a room and the security it brings, it could be a stressful even; Mike and his crews really helped mitigate that stress. I had four bids, Mikes was on par with the price of others but the overall feeling we got just based on the culture he seems to embrace for his crews is what stood out and made our decision. There are a lot of roofers to choose from, do your research and make sure Renaissance Roofing is a part of your reaserch, they are worth it.

These folks were amazing. They went out of their way (even installed the roof during that epic heat wave - I don't know how they did it!) and when they realized a skylight still needed to be installed, they let me know immediately and came to install it the next day. They cleaned up so well, we honestly had to do a doubletake to know they had come and done the job - no signs of construction anywhere outside. And the roof looks great, too. :)

The Renaissance Roofing crew where very polite, professional and courteous, also cleaned up after they had completed their task. I would refer them to all my friends and family. I was glad we made the decision to choose them to replace our roof.

Pretty good value and installation looks great. Would recommend. Cleaned up pretty good after the job. Got a GAF warranty and overall a good experience for me.

Utilized this company for a new shingle roof. Very easy to work with company, they helped walk us through every step and answered all our questions. They made themselves available after the roofing was complete for questions or concerns. Would recommend.

We used Renaissance Roofing to have a new roof put on our house last winter. While speaking with the man who did the initial quote we made it very clear that if there was any part of the fascia board that was rotten we wanted it replaced, and were assured that would be included in the quote (with the understanding that if more was found while the roof was being replaced a cost would be added on, but it would be replaced). They replaced one of our facia boards and the wood that was used already has a giant knot that has fallen out of it and looks awful. While painting our house this summer we found multiple other spots that needed to be replaced but clearly were not addressed. We are now having gutters put on and the company putting our gutters up found more rotten facia boards that were not taken care of by the roofing company. It’s frustrating because this was clearly addressed in the bid. They also drove through our yard while it was wet leaving giant tire treads in our grass.. Our roof itself looks great, and the workers were timely, professional and efficient. unfortunately I can’t give a good review when we’re still finding more that needs to be repaired that should’ve been taken care of when the roof was replaced.

Did a terrible quote. They didn’t know I was a disturber for roofing and construction products. Was going to me $9000.00 in labor and almost
Double material costs. Oh wait they didn’t even get the square footage right. Definitely would not recommend
