Very helpful folks, Came in to this place to get a battery. They had one 🕜 that was the right style and size in stock. All the employees I talked to were helpful, including Eeve (spelling this wrong, sorry) who was my primary contact there. I will be back in the future if/when I need some tires or anything else.

Called around and this store had an opening (they were going to close in 1.5 hours) so I went in with 4 brand new tires I bought from Amazon. Gave them the information they asked for and they got to work. After a reasonable amount of time I was on my way home. The fee was reasonable for now days (expect to pay $25 at most businesses) and I felt like they did a great job. I trust them and I felt safe driving down the road. I will go back in the future for my tire needs etc. Truck is a 2021 Tacoma SR5 with no mods. Factory was 245/75R16 and I put on 265/75R16 M/T and they fit good and no issues….. some info for all those gen 3 taco owners. Tire to upper control arm clearance is 1 inch. No issues or rubbing at all.

Wow!! Superb experience. No upsell. No rubbish. 4 tires installed, balanced, mounted and out the door in 45 minutes! Can we say: Pit stop! And the place was SPOTLESS!!! The people working their know their job and they show it!!! Well done!

Came in for an inspection to find out my tires, although good tread were old and literally falling apart. We just bought the car so weren’t expecting $1,200 right off the bat. Gunnar was so helpful in navigating our payment options. We came in to drop the car off to be done Monday and they had my tires done by 5:15 Saturday even though they closed at 5. Absolutely fantastic.

We were stuck and this Les Schwab really helped us out. They know exactly what they are doing, and followed thru on their promise of when the vehicle would be ready and what the estimate was. I highly recommend this store and would go back again.

I took my car there today to get a tricky alignment issue looked at. Robert the Manager did such a great job figuring out what the root cause was (he narrowed it down to it being an issue with the tire) which several others in the past were not able to diagnose. He has over 20 years of alignment experience and it shows. I am really happy with the customer service and expertise he provided. I definitely will be recommending him and the shop to friends and family.

I have had multiple experiences with the St. Helens Les Schwab store. The staff is always friendly and you get the feeling that they really do want to help you and are genuinely concerned about you. I have been in twice for a break inspection, which is always free. The peace of mind to hear that my brakes are fine after both inspections, and the fact that neither time did they try to sell me anything, was great. They are very quick with service and have a great turn around time, and who can't beat the free amazing Les Schwab popcorn that I remember eating as a kid when my dad took me in.

Went in last minute with a flat. I found out I had both a nail and a screw stuck in that tire- I'm guessing from our friend that has been decorating the road with them. I was in and out in 90 min on a busy day. It was comfortable waiting in the lobby while the work was done. The service was still under warranty which I'd entirely forgotten about and they were kind enough to remind me of. Will definitely be getting tires here in the future!

Every time I call or arrive at this location I have had an excellent experience. I have used les Schwab for many years now and even under the intense schedule and pace the works have they always remain kind and diligent in caring for our needs. Recently I needed tires rotated on a new work truck and they made it happen in a reasonable amount of time and they take care of our property as if it were there own which means a lot to us. Please keep up the hard work!

Dad would always tell me you're not paying more for the tires, you're paying more for the service.
The service that comes with your purchase is definitely worth the extra $$. Flat repair, rotations, and more. Can't tell you how many times I have been in for something and no charge.

I’ve been a Long-time customer of Les Schwab and I’ve been into at least a dozen different ones and this location is by far the best I’ve been to. Great customer service and knowledgeable I went in to price out some tires and not only did they have them in stock they had them on my car and I was on my way in 40 minutes! I was super impressed! Pretty good. Fixed our alignment and took another look when we thought it hadn't been done right, turns out there was some other issue, they said we should get it checked out by a mechanic but still tweaked our alignment a bit more a second time for free.
