If I could rate this place anymore I would.. I'm a little late on my review as grieving takes time.. My mother in law passed young and unexpectedly back in May. While rushing to get arrangements done we called ladybug 10 minutes before they closed. They were so understanding and went above and beyond. We were looking for a place that did custom arrangements this was important as we wanted my mother in law to go out beautifully and to be cremated with our flowers. Every flower to the bouquet had a meaning. Thank Lady bug for doing what you did as we were in one of the worse times. I'm using them for future flowers as the flowers were perfect.

As always the most beautiful arrangements. And great customer service. Always my go to place for any floral occasion or even gift. Beautiful job on my parents anniversary party celebration ter pieces. Matched my parents flowers from 48 years ago perfectly. And the bouquet was perfect.

My daughter in law gave me the prettiest flower bouquet that with fresh water and a little sugar periodically lasted for FIVE WEEKS!

My son sent me a beautiful vase of flowers for Mother's Day, and it was such a lovely surprise to answer the door and be handed this fragrant gift. Thanks for warming my heart! The flowers lasted a long time, as I kept them well watered, so they provided several days of enjoyment.

This is not the first delivery I've received from this florist, Ladybug, and I doubt it will be my last.
They always give it the extra effort to make it special. My daughter ordered flowers for me as I was returning home from surgery today. She asked them to make it colorful and girly. They absolutely nailed it! Beautiful color with some lilies yet to bloom. I love the touch of the lady bug on the eucalyptus leaf. I highly recommend this florist 👍

I ordered flowers online from Lady Bug Flower & Gift Shop to have flowers sent to a friend in that area. I am not located in that area so I am unfamiliar with area florists. Prior to ordering from Lady Bug, I had tried to place 2 orders, one even verified delivery before they notified me that was in error and the order would be cancelled. Lady Bug staff let me know that what happens is a call center takes the order and then the order is passed on to the local florist for processing. This is why a local florist may decline to fulfill the order if they dont have the particular inventory to do so. If you go to Lady Bug's website to order, the order is placed directly with them and the cost of your flowers goes into the quality of the arrangement, rather than a random external company that never sees a single flower or plant in their course of business. All I can say is buy local and support your local small businesses! Also, be sure to keep Lady Bug Flower & Gift Shop in mind for your local flower and gift needs! They are really nice people!

Lady Bug Flowers did my wedding bouquets and I could not have been more pleased with their work. Living 6 hours away from the wedding venue, I was never able to meet them in person, however they were able to capture my vision perfectly and the final product was better than expected! They were very easy to work with, making sure they fully understood my needs and suggesting ideas that would perfectly fit the wedding day. I would recommend them to anyone looking for wedding flowers! And they were very reasonably priced for the quality of flowers delivered and size of bouquets!

Over the years I’ve ordered several flower arrangements for our friends, customers and employees. I always leave it up to the girls at Ladybug to design something based on my budget, and they have always blown me away with something beautiful and appropriate. Most recently though, my husband bought me the most beautiful arrangement for Valentines. It smells amazing and looks even more beautiful. He said the girls helped him pick out something I would love. The girls are always helpful and nice! Love supporting local family owned businesses!

I called on a Friday for bouquet to deliver that day. Florist was honest with me and said she had a delivery coming in Monday which would give me a better selection. I prepaid for delivery on Monday following her advice. I'm happy I stuck with Lady Bug, as my cousin sent me a photo upon arrival of arrangement, and I was very pleased with it! I woul highly recommend her floral shop!
