Best dentist I’ve been to my whole life. The staff is so friendly, helpful, understanding, timely with appointment scheduling. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else with my dental needs.

Absolutely a wonderful staff and Dr. This was definitely a place to smile. The staff just was awesome, answered questions, and was really helpful making the next appointment. The girls up front make sure to acknowledge you if having to wait. The Dr, my first time meeting her, I love, not in a creepy way. She's very direct and friendly.

Dr Lee runs this clinic like his own, and you can tell he cares. I really appreciated them explaining my options, being flexible with scheduling and thorough in the work. I had 3 filings and my first crown done- all painless and easy. In my 30 years going to a dentist - Dr Lee was first to tell me to relax my tongue and cheeks and breath through my nose - so simple, yet effective.

A good dentist can be hard to find, but I lucked out on the first try here! Dr. Lee is very friendly, and literally gives meaning to the word, "gentle" when it comes to his dental work. I had 2 cavity fillings done in one appointment, and have zero pain or issues whatsoever. Dr.Lee himself even texted me the following day to see how my teeth were feeling. The staff here are friendly, nice, and ensure your experience is comfortable. Also Lindsey the hygienist does great work and is also careful to ensure your comfort during teeth cleanings. This Gentle Dental office is absolutely the best!! Each time I have gone in for my appointments, they were always on time and everyone is so nice and wonderful. Dr. Lee and his staff are the best!! Dr. Lee is very patient and kind and he explains everything so well. Each time I go in I feel comfortable and at ease. I can't recommend Dr. Lee and his staff enough!

I have had negative experiences at other Gentle Dental locations in the past, but my experience with Dr Lee and his staff was great. Dr Lee took the time to explain everything I had questions about, and he really cared; he didn’t seem like he was rushing to get to his next appointment. The procedures I have had done went quickly and as comfortably as possible; his staff also really helped to ensure things went smoothly especially with x-rays which I always have a hard time with.

The staff and Dr. Lee at the Happy Valley Gentle Dental have always provided my family and me with the best level of care. Their kindness and professionalism are outstanding! Dr Lee is an excellent dentist and he truly has our best interest at heart! We really appreciate his attention to detail and and the time he takes to explain to us our options. We hope to stay with Gentle Dental as long as we’re living in the area. Unfortunately last week my crown popped out, and I was concerned with getting an appointment and how much this would cost. The staff was was sympathetic to my concerns and was able to quickly get me an appointment. Dr. Lee always provides the best quality care with the most affordable options. I was pleasantly surprised when he was able to fix my my crown at a very affordable price! He also followed up with me the next day to see how how my crown was doing. The customer service I’ve received from Dr. Lee and his staff has always been nothing but the best. My initial concerns turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Lee! My family and I appreciate all that you have done for us over the years!

I recently became a patient at Gentle Dental. Dr. Lee and his staff are amazing. I get nervous going to the dentist and he was very understanding. He took time to explain the procedure and constantly checked to see if I was okay. His assistants and office manager were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Lee and his staff if you are looking for a professional and caring team.

Due to a power outage this morning, we thought we’d have to reschedule! Dr Phan just rocked it and got us in and out in a timely manner! Must have had to resort to old school, but either way he nailed it!! We’re “fans” of Dr Phan! Nikki at the front desk is a superstar pinch hitting without all the computers working either! Great team!

I came here needing a crown and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist, (and I’ve had numerous crowns done). The girls are all very nice and Dr Lee is the best dentist I’ve ever seen. He explains things so clearly you feel at ease and he does not pressure you. I highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Lee since before he joined Gentle Dental and have always been completely satisfied with his dental care. I wouldn't want to be seen by anyone else. Dr. Lee is very thorough and honest in explaining my options to me. He takes the time to answer any questions I have and I don't feel rushed out of my appointment so they can get the next patient in the chair. He makes himself available by text message which I have NEVER seen in another dental office before! His staff are always very polite and have great customer service. I've never been disappointed with my or my children's care at Dr. Lee's office. He interacts very sincerely with and makes my kids comfortable at their appointments to the point where they enjoy their dental appointments which is all that I could ask for! I would highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone I know. He has been a valuable addition and asset to Gentle Dental and the Happy Valley community!

My husband and I have been coming to the Happy Valley Gentle dental for about 2 years now and always have the most amazing experience! The staff is always so sweet and comforting. Dr. Lee is the best Too!!! Very gentle with procedures and knowledgeable. He walks your through everything and makes you feel so comfortable in sometimes not so comfortable situations. He even texts to follow up to make sure everything is going ok post op and allows you to text directly with any concerns. We have never had a doctor do that before and it’s very much a personal touch that feels good. We highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking :-) you won’t be disappointed!

This is my third visit, every time I've been impressed with not only the quality of care but the reasonable and pragmatic approach to long-term dental Care they provide. Unlike other offices that I have been to, where I felt there was an equal desire to provide dental care along with an increase to their sales, this office is different. Here they discuss what does and does not make sense, and take a long-term patient-centric approach. Dr Lee and the hygienists are top quality.

My son and I just started seeing Dr. Lee and he is by far one of the best dentists around. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist and he and his whole team make the process actually enjoyable, who would have thought the dentist could be fun to go to, not me, but somehow he and his team make it easy to go see them. Dr. Lee is very personable and honestly cares about the needs and concerns of his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I went to this particular Gentle Dental due to all the wonderfully positive reviews and I am so happy I did! Scheduling an appointment was easy as everyone on the phone was so nice and informative. Once my appointment began, the front office employee told me about a discount program to those who do not have insurance, like myself. It was very reassuring that no one "shamed" me for not having insurance!
Dr. Lee and I made a plan of highest priority issues to lowest and, again, made sure not to overwhelm me with information or costs!
During my next appointment (to get a cavity filled), everyone made sure I was comfortable and didn't feel a thing!

My first visit here a couple of weeks ago for cleaning and came back last week for some dental work. I was very impressed with Dr. Lee and his friendly staff. I felt welcomed, comfortable and left with knowing I received great dental treatments. Dr. Lee and his staff are now officially my to go to dental office...thanks and keep up the good work!

Have not been to the dentist for many years, out of fear and anxiety. After numerous dental problems, I ended up at Dr. Lee's office. I could not be happier! He's very understanding and truly gentle! I love his staff and his receptionist at the front desk is wonderful! I highly recommend Dr. Lee and this office. I actually look forward to my appointments!

I recently switched to Gentle Dental and I'm SO happy that I did!! My experience was absolutely amazing. From the time I walked in the door, to when I was leaving, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I had seen Dr. Lee at another office a while ago, and I am so thrilled to call him my Dentist once again! Dental appointments can make anyone nervous, but I felt so calm and even excited to be there for my appointment. The Dental Hygienists are also incredible and had me laughing the whole time! I would definitely recommend Gentle Dental Happy Valley to anyone looking for a Dentist!

My family moved recently from out of state and needed a new dentist. Dr. Lee and his team were awesome! They all made us feel welcomed. The front desk was great and Stevie, the hygienist, was very friendly. Dr. Lee made sure we understood everything he was doing and answered all of our questions. He even followed up with us by text a few days after a filling to make sure my husband was feeling ok! We feel very comfortable there.
