O'Reilly Auto Parts

I don't think there is a better auto parts store than O'Reilly's. I have never been received with such great customer service and knowledge. the fact that you can rent tools to get the job done is outstanding. What a fabulous service to help people get the job done right. I will not shop at any other auto parts store again.

11/27 Matt and Richard seriously are the most nicest guys.Their customer service was the absolute best. Matt helped distract my 4.5 year old with cars and even let him pick one. Richard helped with my headlights, both of them were out. You guys have no idea how much your kindness made my night. Thank you both very much!

I'm used to always going to Napa, but decided to give my local O'Reilly's in St. Helens a shot when I needed some batteries for my M939A2....which its not like anybody keeps batteries for a military 5 ton on the shelf. Not only did they get it for me same day, the guys working there gave me such good customer service and were awesome to deal with that I'll be strictly a customer of the St. Helens O'Reilly's from now on. It was extremely refreshing to have such good customer service and a pleasant interaction in this day and age. Thanks!

O'Reilly is high in price, but not like NAPA where there prices are triple. Went and got everything I needed didn't have to wait for delivery, in and out in 20 minutes.

Orders are on time and the store is well organized. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

Wow! What a wonderful experience with the red headed Bear! Not being from a small community, I just figured I would get your basic services but this guy exceeded my expectations. A hose had busted in my car and I was frantic as I had to go pick up my son from daycare and when he let me know that I wouldn’t be able to get far without changing it, he stopped mid sentence and changed it within a minute for me! My car is back up and running just as she was before! I already knew this community was a great one but he just blew me away! He had a great attitude, kind words, was very quick and even showed me how I can easily do it on my own if ever I need to do so. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and help, i’ll gladly be taking my business back to him for much more!
