Clayde and Jason just finished up installing a tankless water heater for my family. They provided excellent service, and relieved our stress of not having hot water. Called Diamond Plumbing on Friday around 10 and service arrived maybe around 11:15. Claude and Dominic disconnected the water softener quickly and cleanly. We are having them back to change out toilets and shower heads. Thanks guys!

Clyde has been to my home a couple times to fix major yo simple plumbing problems. From jackhammering the basement floor to fix a problem with an original install of the plumbing that was causing our entire water system to back up… to something so simple that I should have thought of it myself… he never made me feel dumb for not knowing. Yesterday he fixed my toilet and for first time since I’ve bought house it doesn’t rock Yay!

Clayde came to our house within an hour of a emergency call for a water line break to our water heater. He was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second time we have used this company and would always recommend them.

We had our water heater break down. Through our home warranty company Diamond Plumbing was assigned to the repair. They installed our new water heater neatly. Not to long after we encountered a problem with the water heater and called Diamond Plumbing again to come look. Clay came out and did everything to fix the problem. It turned out to be a little more complicated and Diamond Plumbing referred me to another company for help. Our water softener also needed replacing, and I asked Clay if they would be able to help with installing a new one. He said they would. So we bought a new water softener and Clay came out to install it. He was very professional in the installation, making sure everything was up and running and programmed before he left. He took care of the old water softener and the big box and plastic of the new one. He is very nice and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend him and Diamond Plumbing!

We've been trying to find a plumbing leak at my mom's house and Clayde took the time to diligently look for it, only to find it was coming from a place we didn't realize! Cladye is very thorough and helpful in his work. Glad to have him!
