Update: Yes, I went back. The food was excellent on this Saturday morning. Yes, Charles the manager was there and we spoke to him. No, we did not want anything free. We love DQ and just wanted the problem fixed!! We will continue to go to the Clarksville DQ!!!
Original post: We stop there 4 days a week for breakfast. At least once a week our order is wrong for the past 3 months. It is my breakfast bowl they can't get correct. I order the same thing everytime. Gravy breakfast bowl. The one that is supposed to have the hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, cheese and grilled onions. Have never seen a grilled onion but when you leave the hashbrowns out repeatedly or don't put the cheese on and sometimes leave the sausage out...well its gets old. I really like this breakfast bowl and this location is the most convenient. When the manager is there all seems to go well. They have a whole new crew again but si.eone needs to train them how to fix this gravy breakfast bowl. Don't really care is no grilled onions but don't show it if you are not including it. The old crew that was there never missed a beat on our orders. And normally we are the only car in line. Maybe everyone got tired of the messed up orders. Again I love this dish! And I know people need to be trained. So etimes they stick bis uits on top. No. I did not order the biscuit bowl!!!! Yesterday I tried to give the order back and the guy would not take it. Biscuit on top and nohashbrowns. Told me the biscuit was fine he made it himself and it was just a little extra he added BUT there was no hashbrowns in bottom or anywhere! Was at work could not go back and now I may ne er go back. Too many mistakes.

My first time to try DQ here in the US and i love it , they have a good buy for 2 for $5 and it is really good it is like a combo meal for me. My husband and I love it here specially their ice cream in a cone or the blizzard. He likes the hotdog also. Staff are also nice the place is clean and neat 😘👍

After eating at Longhorns, I love to have my Reese's peanut butter cup blizzard, and the lady was so sweet when she gave us our dessert I think I fell in love. So sweet and kind. Always love it when people are sweet at the drive-through, anything else is not good enough, thank you Dairy Queen!

Very clean, and the customer service is fantastic. Tia was really sweet and fun to talk to.

The food arrived swiftly, warm, and impressively fresh. It had a delightful messy charm to it. The employees, though I hadn't met them before, were outgoing and made me feel as if we were old friends. A truly positive experience!

I accidentally ordered from the wrong store and the workers went ahead and let me get my food here. That made my day and saved me some miles. Thank you Clarksville Dairy Queen!

The gentleman behind the counter was quick to jump and hold the door open for myself and my mother. (She's in a wheelchair.) The food was excellent and price was fair. Don't sleep on the gem of a store. High-class DQ here. Far from some of the more sketchy locations I've encountered. A+

My favorite restaurant! The staff is hands down the best in the fast food industry. They go out of their way to make your experience amazing each and every time. The food is always hot and fresh. Mornings are enjoyable getting to see these awesome and beautiful people, I would have it any other way.

We went through the drive-thru & got blizzards. He was hard to hear on the speaker as he took our order. The guy at the window acted as if he could care less to be there. He was so monotone & was just there because he had to be.

Stopped here while out shopping in the area. We decided to enjoy our treats while outside, the patio was clean, and had a nice breeze. Erica was VERY pleasant, she displayed great customer service skills. She noticed us sitting out on the patio, and by this time the sun had started to come out, Erica brought us ice water (without us asking) next time we're visiting Louisville we'd stop here. Thanks Erica!!!!

One of the manager's named Chris took really good care of me when I came through the drive through and with a simple kind gesture turned a pretty crumby day around for me. It was my first time going to this location but it will definitely not be my last. Food was also fresh, no complaints.

Came in to pick up my sons birthday cake this afternoon. Drive thru was crazy busy so we had to wait a few minutes which was not an issue. What I found exceptional was the fact that Juan helped me carry the cake to my car since I had a toddler and baby to juggle as well. Thank you so much for that act of kindness!

The manager was absolutely wonderful. His name was Christopher. He treated me and my son with the utmost respect. Kept a friendly conversation the entire time so we didn't even realize the time we waited for our meal. When he realized there was a small mistake with the order, he fixed it immediately and politely. Definitely with go back to clarksville dairy queen and hopefully Christopher will be working

They let us stand in line waiting to order for about 20 minutes while they did a shift change the burger I ordered wasn't what I got in a hurry so I ate it anyway

I enjoy going here good food and dessert, we love the chili dogs. I got waited on pretty quickly, had time to look over menu, wasn't rushed.

Outstanding customer service! We pulled up six minutes after closing time. Chris, the manager, not only gave me the dipped cone I requested, but also upsized it and doubled dipped it in chocolate to make it extra crunchy. He also gave it to me at no charge because the register was already closed. What a manager!

Food is pretty standard for a dairy queen. The people that work here are always nice and respectful. In & out. That's why I enjoy coming here to eat when I'm feeling a little lazy and don't wanna cook.

I don't go to Dairy Queen very often but it's not a bad option. They have good food and ice cream but personally, I find it a bit overpriced. The staff have always been friendly though so it makes for a decent experience. If you don't mind and paying a little more and could go for a burger and some ice cream, this is your place.

We visited the Clarksville DQ on 1/4 around 4:30. This was the best blizzard I have ever had. They not only put the perfect amount of toppings, they also mixed it perfectly. Every bite had my toppings mixed with it. Great job.

Had a unfortunate experience this morning for breakfast. I ordered 2 items and some food was missing out of each item. When I called the manager was very courteous and offered to replace my food. Great customer service and the food was great! Thank you so much!!
