Their bread here is so good and they have great sandwich options. Service was fast. This will probably become a regular spot for us.

Power was out at my house and was waiting for my wife to get off work.they were so kind to let me just sit in there and charge my phone .super nice people who work there.ill be back to buy food in a few weeks.thank you so much for letting me have a warm place to hangout .❤❤

It was a hot day, she wanted something light, she said how about a sandwich? Believe it or not, I'd never been here before. Drove past a couple thousand times, just never stopped. Shame on me.

I can't say much about the atmosphere, as it was literally about 5 minutes before closing when I arrived to pick up my online order. Place looked clean and cheery. The 2 people working (the owners possibly?) were nice and friendly.

I had the Prime Club and it was really good, I ate the whole foot long. She had the Very Berry Turkey. She really liked it. I tried a bite and it was like a turkey sandwich made after thanksgiving; very good comfort food.

We had white bread this first time because we wanted to taste the whole sandwich, not just the bread. Their white bread is light and fluffy, not heavy like some other places.

We ordered a side of potato salad and macaroni salad. I liked both, she really liked the macaroni salad (she's not a big fan of potato salad). They tasted more like what you'd find at a potluck (homemade) rather than what you'd buy at the store. Kudos!

I think next time I'll try a panini and see how that goes.

This place is the absolute best place in town to get a sandwich. The bread is fresh and awesome every time we go. The sandwiches are big and you get a lot for your money. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. They closed the one in Eugene and we were kinda bummed out glad we found the one in Springfield . Great sandwiches awesome folks that always work there. I love it and would recommend over any sandwiched place in the Eugene area.

A hard working family, that's committed to the local community owns and operates this Springfield Big Town Hero. It's just as much of a pleasure to talk with Troy and his lovely family as it is to munch their delicious sandwiches, devour way to many, but well worth it chocolate chip cookies and wash it all down with an assortment of thirst Quenching Pepsi Products. If you can't tell by now I highly recommend this establishment and break the rules publicly by rating it with 10, count em 10 freaking stars!!!!

This was one of my favorite places when I lived in the area. I have been craving it for the last 3 years and when we flew in from Texas we had to stop to get a sandwich. All the locations in Eugene have been shut down so we came to this location. The crew was great, the sandwich was exactly what I wanted and I left with my 3 year craving cured!

Great service. The guy working there was very friendly and helpful.

I had a good lunch. I recommend the tuna melt pininy.

This place is great and the owner is super friendly. Hands down one of the best sandwiches I've had in awhile, other then my wife's. Definitely recommend and will be back. The staff are happy to help!

This Sub shop receives 5 stars. Easy to find Location, Very Clean establishment, Friendly staff, Was a one man operation during the time I went but he was very quick, took the orders and made the orders and was Friedly. I have been to other competitor locations that had more staff than one and had terrible staff and not friendly High Five to the Big Town Hero Crew Member "Good Service" Fantastic Sub!! I will be back

I remember big town hero, years ago in Anderson, California at the factory outlets, and I was so excited I found them. Then a short time later, it left Anderson. Now I'm here in Eugene, Oregon, and found out there was one here!! The place was very clean, and the workers were very nice and welcoming. My friend and I were the only 2 customers. The bread was just as I remembered. So soft and fluffy. I deffinately would choose this sub place over most others.

Super good sandwiches! The bread is amazing and they’re always very friendly when we go in for lunch. Love this sandwich shop!
