Rite Aid

Was at the checkout today behind one of the most obnoxious humans I've ever come across. He could not stop disparaging women... Loudly. The guy at the counter gently but firmly shut him down before he even understood what had happened. Just saying, not all heroes wear capes. On behalf of women, THANK YOU, my guy.

This is my favorite RiteAid probably. Love the seasonal items and the great deals they have. The RiteAid rewards program is pretty rad. Sometimes I’ll get dollar off rewards without even realizing it and get money off my next purchase. I don’t think a lot of people would think RiteAid as a good place to browse but it totally is.

I had to switch pharmacies due to insurance coverage changes. I heard positive comments about the Rite Aid in Springfield, so I moved my RX there. The customer service is great, the team members are friendly and efficient at the register, and the pharmacist has been very helpful when I had to call with questions. They didn't make me feel like I was interrupting their work. I'm glad I found a great pharmacy

After a lapse in my prescription, and a very unusually stressful week, the empathetic pharmacist on duty was able to fill my prescription. The staff is always professional, yet kind, and everyone appears to love their job, unlike many other pharmacies.

This is a friendly and proficient pharmacy. I recently started going here after leaving CVS. I have not had to wait in a long line one time. The pharmacy staff has been very helpful anytime that I've needed assistance.

After the debacle of our previous pharmacy, this one is a dream. The store is convenient, the staff nice, and they have a lot of stuff in there. But best is the pharmacy. Outstanding service. We have had no missed or forgotten medications or problems with our insurance companies. And they care.

Switched to rite aid from Safeway, now picking up prescriptions is 15-20mins instead of 1-2 hrs. Employees treat you w respect no matter what & it’s nice to support a small company that treats its customers right. No snobbery, no judgement & on time.

Switched after Walgreens failed to even get basic necessary meds for multiple weeks. Really can't afford to wait for an inhaler to be in stock.

I love the simplicity of their phone line. Walgreens was always unnecessarily convoluted, and never gave me the initial option to talk to a pharmacist, which sucks when that's what you *NEED* for certain medications.

I absolutely love one of the ladies here. She's so sweet, and makes me smile whenever I have to refill. If you've been burned by the Bi-Mart/Walgreens doozie, I highly recommend!

Little waiting time, very clean store, rarely crowded, friendly staff, and a good pharmacy & pharmacist.

So thankful for this pharmacy. I left a dumpster fire pharmacy (thurston walgreens) when bimsrt closed and was having a hell of a time getting mine and my family's meds on time, if at all. But coming here i have had nothing but great service. They are so kind and fast. Its wonderful. Theres almost never a line when I go in.

I came in 10 minutes before closing with a prescription for my sick child. They were able to fill it right away and we are grateful, thank you!

The older lady with the glasses at the front counter is a very sweet lady. She has been there for many years and if you talk with her, she is a joy!
