Andy's Frozen Custard

Best frozen custard around. We got a birthday shake and a build your own raspberry cheesecake jackhammer with marshmallow cream filling. It was the BOMB! 😎

Love the freedom jackhammer and also got the strawberry jackhammer. It is nice to have a person outside to help you order by giving you suggestions.

Perhaps the perfect place in Columbia to enjoy a sweet treat, when we visited my sister here for her graduation ceremony with her Bachelor's degree from Mizzou, two years ago.

Love this place. Never had custard before, until moving to Missouri. Now it's a family thing we do every weekend. Customer service is great, great variety of custard.

I've got to say... Andy's is hard to go wrong but thiz location is great. Our cashier was smiling, energetic, and pleasant to interact with. I know that sounds like what you should typically expect in most places.... but don't because these days its rare and I'm talking 11:15pm on a Saturday... surely they are tired from their day but wow... courteous fast service with a smile. Much appreciated.

I had a nutty concrete thing with waffle cone bits... freakin fantastic and they don't skimp on the mix ins! It was more loaded than the college kids walking around downtown tonight! Don't miss out on Andy's!

It's been a while since I've been in the Midwest where frozen custard is widely available. Had their chocolate and vanilla cone. Was as rich and creamy as I remember good custard being. Friendly service and lots of mix-ins if that's your thing.

First time ever being to an Andy's. Warned them about a severe food allergy. They immediately acknowledged it and followed protocols to ensure my safety. Absolutely love it. They did an amazing job.

Fantastic and quick service! This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. Shoutout to the two employees I had great interactions with! The young lady who took our order before we got to the window and gave us great suggestions! And to the gentleman at the window who was very nice and extremely helpful explaining me on how to use the Andy’s app to redeem points for the first time! These two really got the grasp of great customer service! Plus, the James Brown Funky Jackhammer was a great suggestion, thanks to the employee! We were here on August 2nd around 8:30pm and we will definitely be back!

Delicious custard for 3. We love Andy's and their selection of mix-ins. I got the blueberry chocolate chip and it was absolutely amazing. A size small is still pretty big! Service was helpful and kind.

Drive thru was pretty quick, very busy place. It was all really good, straw anna was great! Friendly staff, awesome custard!

Good food specially their concrete

Delicious frozen custard. Employees knowledgeable about the product and quick to serve it. Great for a quick stop (I would recommend the jitterbug concrete!)

I love, love, love their triple chocolate! My husband has tried several of their seasonal specials and love them all. I’m a die hard triple chocolate every time! I appreciate that I am never disappointed with the taste and quality.

Update: I have gone back to this Andy’s a couple of times since my initial review. True to their word, the quality was much much better! The James Brownie had goodness in every bite.

Seeing a consistent decline in the quality of the product. On several occasions brownie has been hard, like left out dried up hard. Other times there has been minimal goodness in the James brownie. Love this place and can’t wait to see the quality come back up.

Only problem I had was I got a cake cone with four scoops they are $3 and some change the man that took my order tried to charge me almost $11 then I told him that that was wrong and so he went and asked somebody else and came back and apologized but I bought my cone and then I had to wait because he said that there was only one person in there that was any good at making cones and I had to wait for her to get done with the drive-thru to make my phone 15 minutes while three other people just stood around and stared at me but with that said the frozen custard at Andy's Frozen was very good and I do plan on returning hopefully they have some staff that know how to do things instead of just stand around and get paid.

We're on vacation and were given a recommendation to Andy's. Since the sun is out we decided to make the 30 minute trip in to Columbia. We were not disappointed! I had the James Brownie jackhammer and hubby an butterscotch sundae... pups got Pup cups free of charge! The frozen custard was delicious!
