Nicole Flippen, NP

Nicole is a great practitioner. She takes the time to listen to her patients intently. She has patience and is highly intelligent. She cares about every facet of the patients well-being and ensures the patient feels heard before they leave. She is the best provider I have ever been to, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new provider.

This is Patti Belviy, today is January the 31st. I had an appointment with Nicole Flippen today and my appointment went very well as usual Nicole is one of the best medical provider I have ever been to I would not trade her for any other doctor

Nicole Flippen, NP, and her staff at spring hill internal medicine are great professionals. They genuinely care about their patients. I have never seen any of them look at their patients as a dollar sign. Nor have I ever been treated better anywhere else. Not if, but when something goes wrong with your health, you can count on spring hill internal medicine, and their associates, to get to the bottom of the problem, and get you back to health as best you can get. Very professional, compassionate, courteous, and mindful of their patients health concerns. My opinion they are all part of the best healthcare system in Indiana. Spring hill, Clark group, and all of their associates are very experienced, and good at what they do. They are all true heroes, and deserve the best. Thank you for saving my life multiple times in the past, as you have done for many others. Last, but not least, thank you for saving my life again in the near future as my family, and I have great confidence in all of you! I know it seems like another day at work for most of you. But from each, and every one of your patients point of view, they will never forget all the good you all have done for them, for the rest of their lives. They often (some daily) silently thank you in their own moments thinking back through their medical histories, and encounters with all of you. They know they wouldn't be alive if it weren't for all of you. Keep up the great work. Just know that in many different ways, your work will be greatly rewarded in the end.

Nicole has been my doctor for years I would not want to trade her out. She under stand you.

After being forced to switch Doctors, due to insurance. I realized just how amazing Nicole Flippin is. I loved having her as my PCP. She listened to my problems and did her best to help me work through them, where my new doctor just told me to go to a psychiatrist. She was understanding and compassionate. I'm going to miss her!

My husband and I have been patients here for a long time. Although we don't need to see doctors frequently this has always been our HOME until now. Nicole Flippen has been amazing but I can't say the same for how they handle scheduling. They have the worst customer service. We never get a call through and always have to leave a message for appointments. My husband and I have tried on multiple occasions to get through to schedule a quarterly visit for a standard prescription refill. This last time we had to find someone that could provide the prescription via telehealth because we never received a call back about scheduling with multiple attempts at leaving messages. I doubt we will be back to this practice which makes me very upset because we loved the care Nicole provides us.
