Dunkin'

As Dunkin's go, this one has always been a pretty solid representation. My wife loves stopping in for a quick coffee if some the more local spots aren't open!

My friend has been raving about Dunkin for a LOOONG time and I was always more into a certain different coffee shop. This morning coming home from a 12 hour shift I was extremely tired and hungry. I didn't have the energy to make breakfast at home. The one close alternative that was actually open in the early morning hour was.. you guessed it. Dunkin!! First time customer. I got breakfast and coffee all in one shot. I was extremely satisfied. They have absolutely delicious food, wonderful latte's and not to mention great staff!! They are ready to help and answer any questions without hesitation!! Also very patient towards a new indecisive customer. Which worked out perfect for me. Overall I had a very good experience with this location. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. I see why my friend has been trying so hard to convince me to go. I am glad I finally did because I am now a believer. Plus it may just be my favorite spot yet. Thank you Dunkin!!!

I wanted to just add that I seen a review that said they wouldnt give espresso from a different machine..i order with different varieties of options. Turbo shot, liquid sugar, and so many pumps of each flavor, that review is not accurate. They even take your drink back and fix it if it isnt the way you want it. The workers there are awesome.

Ran in for grandkids a frozen chocolate drink. Friendly and quick

Stopped in at 4 am and was so impressed with the service and how perfect our order was. We were waited on and had our stuff made by Kaitlyn. (Sorry if the spelling is wrong) we appreciate you so much especially during a time where customer service can be a hit and miss. You really impressed us. Kudo’s to you!

Ordered donuts for large group. I received some one else's order. Manger was awesome in taking care of the situation. The store was very busy and very clean.We are from out of town.Thanks for great service.

When we walk in me and my girlfriend were greeted with a smile on the woman's face and when we ordered we had no problem with it we got exactly what we ordered and they treated us the best thanks Dunkin Donuts from Craig Bartlett

I have been to this Lawrenceburg Indiana location twice. Service was quick responsive friendly. And of course the food made me smile. I was just telling my wife today that the people that work there they get to put a smile on everybody's face everyday. Yummy

Even though the store was busy, the employees were very friendly, and the service was very fast; the mobile order I placed on my phone outside the store was finished being made before I even got inside.

Absolutely amazing customer service and thats why we love to come here after school with the kids when I get a rain day! Today one if my daughters dropped her drink about 5 seconds after she got it and was about to cry when the young lady who took our order was already coming out with her a new drink and a mop! Then the man who was in the back was bringing her a box with some extra doughnuts in it for her! Amazing job at reacting this way and I wish I had the attitude they had about it! You learn something everyday and I want to thank them for being so kind! We will be back soon and thank you!

I've been here a few times, always in & out fast, good quick breakfast, always friendly service. Oh yeah, good coffee (both hot and cold varieties). Also, it got the widest selection of donuts, pastries and other food on the menu. They always have the specials, the popular stuff and even things other places would run out of quickly or otherwise not be in stock.

The service is really quick. They seem to be really happy to work there. The food is always consistent which is great ! Love the Matcha !!

They were so busy the line was out the door literally. But they worked really hard and were so friendly. My coffee was perfect and the food was delicious. Thank you for working so hard!
