Karen Shields - State Farm Insurance Agent

Rhonda always takes care of my insurance requests, she is timely and explains anything I don't understand and gives me more that one option if available. State Farm isn't always the least expensive option but because of the years of service and kindness Rhonda have given me I continue to return and keep my policies old and new with her and Karen.

I've been with State Farm for 17 years, under my dad's agent that he had for 30 years before I even started driving (62+ years tenure combined). Our previous agent retired and we changed to Karen Shield's office for our account servicing.

Since transferring to Karen's office, Nolan specifically has been a tremendous asset to my family. He doesn't pester us with incessant emails or calls, but when we do call in with an inquiry, he is prompt, courteous and polite and follows up on any open topics or ways to reduce coverage costs with any discount eligibility, checking in to see where we are financially and if he can assist us with life insurance or any additional coverage we may want to consider as our investment portfolio and assets grow with our age.

Superb service and looking forward to being a member in the future with the excellent service we receive.

Rhonda is the best. She is always nice and very helpful makes things straight forward for me and clears up any confusions that I have. She’s is a big part of why I’ve stayed with State Farm as long as I had. 5 Stars for Rhonda.

Rhonda is absolutely a pleasure to work with. She’s always got the answers and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Best part is she treats you like family!

My parents used State Farm for many years, and when I started driving I used them too. Ronda is the nicest most helpful ever, for anything I had questions for she either knew or could find the answers. I’ve eventually used them for my home and renters insurance too. They are very personable and professional. Even moving states, I still prefer to come to them with my insurance needs.

Rhonda is the most amazing person! She has went up and over the call of duty for me and my family! I love everyone in this office been with them for YEARS even I moved 2 hours away and still use this office!

Karen and the team here are excellent. Always helping with any matter big or small. Good prices on insurerance always delivered with a smile. The only problem is if you have insurance, this branch cannot re-evaluate your plan and/or lower your rate of plan. They last told me this on 03/05/24.
