Love, Love, Love this place!! It is always clean and smells fresh! The staff is very responsive especially Cindy. Thank you staff for all you do. I am here each weekend and this is not my closest laundry place but I pass by the other two to get to you because you system works here. The business is run very efficient.

There are not kids running, jumping and yelling in the building and when there is one of the staff reminds the parents to rein them in! I love kids but not when they are out of control in a place that is not designed for them so please know I appreciate the reminders!

Great prices, considering. No coins needed, all machines use debit. Helpful staff on hand. Super clean and well maintained. Tons of options for sale in small packets, including vinegar and baking soda, very helpful. Having Carl's and Albertsons close by is also nice. Doing laundry sucks but here it's not so bad. A few more chairs would be great too, but all in all pretty much my favorite in the area.

Excellent laundromat! Accepts coins or card. I went midday on a Thursday & I couldn’t believe how many machines were available, probably not bad later in the day or weekend. Large facility with plenty of parking, shares parking lot with Albertsons & Rite Aid. They do offer wash & fold service if you don’t have enough time to do it yourself. Clean & a helpful, friendly staff.

The Mohawk Laundromat is perfect for those business trips with no lodging. Clean, user friendly and efficient. Fifteen minute wash cycles for four dollars. Not a bad deal if you’re in a hurry.

The staff here is amazing. Generally laundromats are pretty gross... not this one. Every time I am in here the ladies are cleaning, even though the place is spotless. The community is pretty good at giving each other space but when it's busy.. it's super busy. Still runs smoothly though. Kudos to the owner and staff for keeping this place clean and welcoming.

Don't be fooled by all the cars out front. This laundry business has PLENTY of well taken care of units of every size to wash and dry your clothes! I know it's also located at a weird corner in Springfield but after going inside, we saw how immensely large and clean and well taken care of everything was! It's very easy to use a debit or credit card if you want to instead of dragging coins around with you! Everyone was polite and helpful! And there's plenty of places to sit for those of us who suffer from sciatica or other issues that make standing a challenge!

The service is great here. I use the 24-hour wash service for work towels, and they always do a great job.

I drove to this laundromat from North Eugene after I heard good things about it. The attendant on duty was super helpful, showed me how to use the sanitize function, how to pay with my credit card, and answered my questions. The price is right on point with other area laundromats, even though the service and the machines are quite a bit better at this location than other laundromats.

Definitely one of the better laundromats I've been to. Aside from having a lot of newer machines in lots of sizes, the staff went above and beyond for me. I came back to get my blankets from the dryer and they had just closed. I was expecting to have to come back in the morning but one of the staff waved me down, let me in, and handed me my items which they had bagged up very nicely. I was super grateful and surprised by the excellent customer service.

This place is the absolute best they literally have every type of laundry product that you might ever possibly need. Their machines are a little pricey but hey you get what you pay for! and this place is the BEST laundry-mat in all of Eugene and Springfield!!! They stay open late, they have free wifi, there's gambling next door, they have a restroom, plus there's plenty of space to fold and plenty of machines! And some absolutely wonderful employees that just make the spot an : A+++

Even though the sign says it takes nfc payments (Google pay Apple pay) it certainly didn't take my Google pay. In order to get wifi you need to ask the workers present. The place is very clean though, and the machines seem relatively new and work beautifully. The staff is also really nice and answered my questions when it came to what size machine I should use for my bed sheets. They came out very clean!

I had a good experience only because the lady working tonight….. Ciera was her name, was so helpful she went above and beyond to help me, she seems to not only care about her job, but people in general and because of her I will go back here again.

I drive a tour bus for touring musicians. I have 12 beds in my bus and needed to get 12 comforters and linens washed before my next tour. I found this place on my route to Seattle. Sherry Lynn, the manager, was extremely nice and helpful in getting this done for me. I will be telling my fellow drivers about this place, for sure. Thank you!

First time I've left a review for a laundromat, but this place is amazing. Great value for time, clean facilities, well lit, everything in good repair, and very helpful and friendly staff.

Higher prices but clean large facility with lots of washers and open late only place open until 12 around here

This is our favorite place to do laundry! The washing machines are efficient, there has always been a friendly attendant available when we go, and I like that the machines take card. The dryers are quick as well!

Excellent laundry in everyway. Including management and employee's. There here to help. Power went out and couldn't use my card and the next store atm was not up yet either. Manager started machine to get me going. Clean facility, bathroom, and cold drinks. Everything works. Mohawk does laundry and folds for a small fee. Last load in by 10 at night. Open till midnight. Great place to do laundry.

7/19/23: Upon entry I droppd my bank card, a customer found it and turned it in. Staff had it back to me within minutes! Thank Gosh for honest customer and honest staff! THANK YOU! 4/8/23 7:45pm. It's been 45+ years since I have had to use a laundry mat, machines back then weren't so complicated. Thank you for having pleasant staff; dragonfly lady. She was so helpful in directing me on how to use the machines, so I didn't screw them up. And all the while she was sweeping floors, wiping down the machines, cleaning out the dispensers etc. Wish I had gotten her name, but it was a long day. She deserves a raise!
