Chipotle Mexican Grill

It was the crowded for lunch, the line moved quickly and my server was impeccable!! I asked for extra juice from the Barbacoa meat and the server actually got a large spoon to get the juice from the pan!!! When I got to the topping section, I said to myself you have no Spinach, this server heard me and said," We have Spinach over here, I'll get you some!!" Both servers were awesome. Best food experience post COVID!! Food was fabulous, but I would go back just to have someone serve me with integrity!! Thank you!!

If I could leave 100 stars I would. I am what you call a regular, someone who goes in pretty much every day, and orders the same thing. I don’t think I stand out, nor do I say very much, but these fantastic people always remember me, and are always so kind. They go above and beyond And have never disappointed me out of the hundreds of orders that I have placed. The managers are also phenomenal and always take a moment to say hello. I typically see the same young ladies that work there each time I go and they always ask about my day. I am a general manager of a well-known store, and I would take any of these employees to work for me any day of the week. Thank you again for your fantastic Service!

Been here a few times and every single time, I'm blown away by the customer service. The night Manager is extremely good at managing a clean busy restaurant. My food is well put together- I will not judge any new hires. We all start out somewhere, the Carne Asada is my favorite and it's always, everything that I've gotten it has been perfectly cooked. I rate this Chipotle 11 out of 10. And I'm so glad that I live close to this one.

Great food, a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Very attentive staff. Great experience overall.

The general manager was amazing we were so confused with the online ordering and she came out and just took our order. Thank you so much for being caring and very sweet. Make sure to come here as much as you can. Yummy

Lawrenceburg IN Chipotle is the absolute best Chipotle I have visited in a while. I leave Harrison Ohio, driving right by a Chipotle, to go to Lawrenceburg to Chipotle. That says something if you ask me.

Pickup is good and always on time. They place the takeout orders on a shelving unit just off the counter with the customer's name. I've used their pickup service many times and never had a problem. Food is always great and ordering online ensures accuracy, they've always made it the way I ordered it.

They make good stuff and I can have what I wanted, even they can double the meats.

Chipotle was packed when we got there, with the line stretching all the way to the door. There was only one person preparing the food. Still, we were served relatively quickly, the food was hot, fresh, and wonderful. The girl preparing the food was named Hunter, and she did an amazing job, working quickly and smiling despite the high pressure from being the only person serving customers. We need more workers like her and she's worth much more than whatever they are paying her. Kudos to her.

The first time I ate there I give 5 stars! The second time I have to give only 3. The second time they gave me all rice and beans pretty much. I will have to pay attention next time I go. I suggest the queso and chips for a yummy snack! Its really good 😊. Meat wise on my bowl I had the chicken and then the pork aka carnitas. They were both good, my friend ordered the steak and said it was a bit tough.

I love this place. The employees are always friendly and ready to take your order as soon as u walk in. It's always been very clean here. The food is amazing and they give you so much that I always end up taking some home to eat. I love the burritos and the bowls with chicken and alot of the toppings. The guacamole is the bomb!!! It always tastes amazing! They also have a few different things to choose from for the kiddos that comes in a meal. Great place all around. You should stop in and give it a try.

Love this place. I eat there two to three times a week. The place is always clean. They do run out of Coke often but not a major issue. The atmosphere is always upbeat and the employees are always friendly.

Always good, and the employees are always friendly. The food is always fresh-tasting, and you can get in and out within 5 min most days. I absolutely recommend this place for a quick bite to eat that's at least decently healthy... and delicious!!

After leaving disappointed from the Burlington chipotle I decided to try my luck at this location. Unlike the Burlington location I was greeted when I walked through the door, got up to line and I was quickly asked what I would like and was taken care of without hesitation. The group here is trained with great hospitality.
I would give 10 stars if I could.

The servings were enormous, the staff was super friendly. I wish our chipotle in Indianapolis was as great as the one in Lawrenceburg. Will not hesitate to dinner there any time I'm in the vacinity

Been awhile since I ate there. But the food was good and made for a good lunch.

This is my favorite place to eat in town! The staff is amazingly friendly and efficient. Oh man, the food is amazing! I love the giant burritos and bowls they offer. I eat like a pig and this place will fill you up!

Really enjoy that they switch to non-GMO and all organic ingredients truly can taste the flavor difference even feel better after eating it. Now I'm being sensitive to GMO when options are Slim Chipotle is the way to go!

This place is always great. They offer large portions and the food is grilled fresh. I like that is it is all low carb and fat too. Just wish the menu was a bit larger.
