Big Lots

love Big lots have been going there for years have to look at the merchandise some is not quite up to par but majority of the items are very good quality for money and also they have broyhill that's one of my favorite furnitures

Went to get a recliner that they were out of at colerain location. Salesperson was very helpful and friendly. highly recommend this store

Always spend too much when I go. Always lots of close out items. Regular items aren't always priced any less than other places though.

Nice place to just wander around for some random impulse shopping. Well stocked and clean.

Very friendly and patient staff that remain professional and friendly even during stressful moments like when the store was very busy on the Saturday afternoon I was there getting cleaning supplies with my fiancé for our new apartment. These staff deserve so much respect! And I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

Have to say, even tho previous visits were pleasant, this one was stupendous!
The staff were attentive if needed & otherwise not smothering nor sharing their personal life history. Clerks must have treated customers so nicely, even the customers seemed more friendly & able to briefly interact without intruding.
The store was clean & there was a reminder about social distancing, the sign stated the occupancy limit to adhere to that standard. And there was a disinfectant stand with the carts so we could make sure the cart we used was sanitized before our use. Overall a most pleasant & productive visit today!

The best big lots I have been into. It's well organized.

Well I have been waiting for a few months now on a summer outdoor planter that they have a display of but don't seem to have one to sell I've asked the manager numerous amount of times if there's one in yet for sale and all he can tell me is no I've asked if I could buy the display one and all they can tell me is no kind of the satisfied about that I'd really like to have the item Maybe before the the seasons out maybe they might have one maybe they won't maybe I'll have to just go to a different Big Lots very disappointed

Aurora Walmart is a fairly nice Walmart. I had a young man asked me if I needed any help. And the lady at the counter asked me if I had found what I was looking for. and even though I didn't purchase anything and I did not find what I was looking for she directed me to two different places where I may be able to find that item. Great customer service.

Love that there are so many items here at a reasonable price. The store is usually clean and organized. Friendly employees and that is a rare find!
