Walmart Supercenter

This was a good Walmart location. The store was clean and all of the merchandise was well organized. Everything was marked clearly. My husband and I were able to find everything we needed easily, even though we don’t usually shop in this Walmart and it was arranged differently than our local one.

My experiences with this store have almost all been very pleasant. I did have one incident where one employee was less than cordial, but the store manager became involved and more than made up for that one circumstance. Living in this area for 5yrs now with just one slight issue is well worth 5 stars in my book. Every single other encounter has been way above and beyond the call of duty. Multiple accounts of average Joe employees taking matters into their own hands to ensure I've been well taken care of. I wish there were more examples in the world as have been witnessed here. I hope these employees are treated as well by their employer as they've treated me. First class all the way staff thank you for your support and going the extra mile.

This Walmart had everything I went to get. Clean store, well stocked and nice checkout lady. I refuse to go to the Walmart in my Western Hills neighborhood as it's a crime scene waiting to happen.

It's mostly a time saver for me, one-stop supermart for most of my grocery needs, my only problem is I got a little too much of retail therapy (meaning I buy too much items sometimes, a little too much for my intended budget!)

This is one of the better Wal-Mart's in the Cincinnati-ish area. It is up on the hill and very easy to get to. It is not easy to see from rt50. There is alot of parking. They have a bit of everything and have enough staff around to provide assistance when needed. For the most part the store is stocked. We saw very few empty spaces as we walked throughout the store. They had what we came for.

Cleanest and most organized Walmart I have ever been in! Employees are kind, respectful and helpful!

I didn't even have to even call customer service for my pickup they were already outside and walked up to my car and asked me for my pickup information. Very courteous employees.

One of my favorite stores. Everyone is always nice and the store is always clean and organized. The shelves are always stocked.

Love this store wish they were open later.

First time in town for an appt. Daughter and I decided to try, cuz let's face it, the chicken caught my eye! Let me tell you, it did not disappoint!!! I was beginning to get impatient because it was taking so long, but little did I know they were frying it up to order! It was the most delicious chicken I have ever had! Coleslaw was fantastic as well! 100% will go back next time in town!

A relatively clean and well kept Walmart. By Walmart standards, more organized than others I’ve been to. Staff is OK considering their pay and what they have to deal with.

My TPMS light came on and I was about 2 hrs from home. I went to the automotive service counter and was greated by Zac. I mentioned my situation and Zac said he could help me. He showed me what bay to drive up to and put air in my tires at no charge. Thanks for the fantastic service Zac!

One stop shopping from groceries to office supplies to meds and clothing all home needs love Walmart! Prescriptions to pick up today only a few minutes in line and off I go. Walmart always has sales to check out they change frequently. Just came back from a quick trip supper's in the bag. Another Walmart trip. Picked up my new glasses. Love them eye exam on Tuesday new glasses ready on Saturday great fit great service

Should be called a megastore instead of superstore.
The floor is noticeably tilted.
Hard to believe it passed inspection... Hold onto strollers and wheelchairs.

I purchased 4 carts of food for the ministry I'm in charge of at our church. Before I walked into the store I thought there was no way I was going to get everything I needed right on the shelf, Walmart proved me wrong. I was surprised they had everything I needed and were such a huge help. Athena and Claudia helped ring it all out ($900 total) and helped me to my car. Little did we know it had started pouring rain. Those 2 wonderful women helped me unload everything into my car, getting soaked right along with me. But they didn't flinch and kept going. Thank you so much, Athena and Claudia! Walmart has some wonderful employees right there.

Tire service is around towards the back it's always packed but same as other Wal-Mart's usually got what your looking for
