Came here to try the trivia night, came back for the awesome food, fun trivia, and good beers. Bartenders are friendly and fast, food is amazing and good value. It's a small place with lots of regulars and a nice vibe.

For me, the proof is in the product, quality ingredients produce quality goods. So, the most important thing I can share with you is this: Honey. Real unadulterated honey. No HFCS, which is more than I can say for some foodie joints.

I'm not saying you have to spend half your time at Halftime, but you ought to.

Just stopped in for a beer and the bartender was very friendly. Cozy atmosphere and all the games on tv. Will definitely be back!

One of the best bars in town, great service, was made to feel like part of the "bar family", only a small place, but can't imagine going anywhere else. If you're lucky enough to come here for either drinks or a meal, you're guaranteed brilliant service

My husband got the fish tacos, they were absolutely delicious! I got the Reuben and my daughter got the chicken strips. Both of those were very good as well!!

Had a great time here watching a soccer game with my pal. Waitress was very attentive and we enjoyed the game. Chicken wings were tasty and draft beer was very good. Will be back for sure

This has to be my favorite bar in Salem. While I don't get out much, the type of people that come here are the type of people that you can saddle up next to in strike up a conversation with as if they are your long-time friends. You get a mix of punk, artsy, and political activist types here who tend to be very friendly and accepting of newcomers. I don't know how they managed to end up as 'that bar' but they did, and it's awesome.

The beer on tap is the cheapest in town that I've seen, usually local and good too. Staff are friendly, and the nachos are awesome and I don't even normally like nachos.

This has been our go-to spot for happy hour for years now. We love the food, the service and the ‘dive bar’ vibe. Our favorite times to go are: Taco Tuesdays with Sami and Sunday Breakfast with Tabitha (Tab). The food is amazing no matter who’s in the kitchen and our two favorite bartenders Tab & Sami always are quick with tasty drinks and smiles, plus they love our doggy Henry ❤ Check out Halftime, you won’t be disappointed!

Pretty great bar with amazing bartenders! It can get pretty busy though, so bring your patience and respect with you. I recommend this bar if you're looking for a "regular" type establishment. It's one of my mains for sure!

Did someone say taco Tuesday 🌮! Yes please!! Sometimes the customer service lacks in speed, but its definitely made up in quality of tacos! Seriously hands down the best fish tacos in town! Definitely worth a taste 🤤 that is... if you like tacos.

Amazing staff great cooks. Breakfast always amazing. Chicken fried steak out of this world and to be honest better then a lot of breakfast restaurants in town.

I like this place. Good service and pricing. Outdoor seating is huge! They are right next door to blast off vintage. Great place to grab a drink between sets at blast off

I highly recommend this low brow bar. The bartenders are very hard working, though on a crowded night you might need to be patient. Prices on food and drinks are very reasonable. The menu isn't terribly creative unless it is a special. Taco Tuesday is a hell of a deal and Wednesdays are usually trivia night. They usually have the TVs on sports which can be distracting in some bars, but the volume is set pretty low so it is easy to ignore. The crowd is usually a nice mix of ages and styles, and is generally friendly.

We love going in here for breakfast Tab is always our server and she is fantastic!! The steak breakfast is amazing they actually use seasoning. The cooks food is always the same, delicious 😋

Always a good atmosphere, made even better with a large heated porch, and delicious food!!
I've never had a bad meal (or drink) here.
