These guys are very helpful in getting the job done correctly. When their demo uncovered framing damage, they stopped and consulted with us to find the best path forward. This resulted in less work for them, but it was what was best for the house/framing. They adjusted their schedule to accommodate us - I highly recommend them!

Second Chance Roofing&Chimney accomplished a difficult installation of a Morse cylinder wood stove for me in 2023. The task required specialized knowledge because of roof angles and the age of the home ; Other Wood Stove Installers rejected the job because of these challenges outright, but they were on it and confident.
They were timely and considerate and I was impressed with their ability and creativity to figure through the issues involved. Highly recommended. I don’t know if I would be writing this review after last Winter’s Ice Storms without their relentlessness!

Very prompt and courteous! The 1st time I used them was for a fireplace and chimney clean out. There was no mess at all, and the guy was done pretty fast.
Second time was for some flashing work. Because the roof was leaking, they were able to schedule me right away, which was awesome!
The problem seems to be solved.
I would absolutely recommend them for chimney and other work.
Very fair price too!!

2nd Chance Roof & Chimney did a great job on my roof. They made a bid about a year before doing the project and stuck to their bid. They were nice, easy to work with and answered all my questions before and during the project. They maintained a very clean area while working and totally cleaned up after the job was done. I'm not sure how a roofing company could do any better.

The owners of this company are knowledgeable, patient, and back up their work. Had a slight issue with my gutter system after the first big rain, and they immediately came back out here and fixed my issue, free of charge. Highly recommend this company. Office staff is very great at communicating with customers also, which I appreciated! The guys that came out and did the actual work were very professional and kind.

Highly recommend. They were easy to work with, great communication, and did a fantastic job for much less than any other bids. We hired them to remove a giant old chimney and patch up the roof and they were extremely careful and courteous about getting all the debris removed from the property.

I put a new roof on my home and was having problems and could not get a response from our contractor, so we called 2nd Chance Roof and Chimney LLC and they responded immediately. The fixed several problems with the roof, sky light and gutters and we have had no problems since. They have been responsive and if they had to come back for each problem they did and were reasonable in the cost. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or repairs on same.

I have had a lot of work done on the exterior of my home in this past year and 2nd Chance roofing was by far the easiest experience I have had! Not only was the price very fair, the staff was amazing! They were on time, did exactly as promised, very efficient, and in only 2 days I had a brand new gorgeous roof my neighbors compliment me on regularly. Stan and his staff are terrific to deal with. And Stan is honest, never trying to charge extra for things people don't need. He's a great problem solver. Roof and chimney are hard work, and we really appreciate all the great service from this company!

This is a double review.. Excellent experience, TWICE, with this company. One time to install a wood stove and a 2nd time to install a new roof. Both times we were very very pleased! Chad and his team are extremely efficient, professional and know what they’re doing. I had three other companies tell me they couldn’t do my roof due to the pitch being to steep but 2nd Chance handled it no problem! Highly recommend these guys for your roofing and chimney needs in and around Lane County, Oregon.

2nd chance did an excellent job for us. They were timely and efficient plus being super nice people! When they heard that we also wanted a sidewalk poured they helped locate someone for that as well. We will definitely use them in the future if a need arises.

Came on the agreed day and finished the job in a timely fashion. My two projects were fairly bid and the crew worked hard. I recommend their roofing company.

I am a volunteer at our local Grange which is desperately in need of a new roof. When I began looking for roofers, my husband, who is a contractor, and had worked with 2nd Chance said they were the absolute best so I gave them a call for an estimate. I had already met with a few roofers previous to this and was not impressed. 2nd Chance answered my call and set an appointment right away. They came to the Grange, which has a very unusual roof, and were just amazing. Super efficient, helpful in answering all my questions, personable, professional and honest. Their quote which came the following week, was the best of what I'd received thus far. But to tell the truth I would have chosen them above the others even if it was more. They instilled such a trust in me and the process. These are truly great people and when we raise the money to move forward it will definitely be with 2nd Chance!

I'm writing this review solely based off of my experience with Stan who came out to do an inspection on our roof. He was thorough with his inspection and really explained all that was going wrong with our roof. He told us about the different types of shingles and how he determined that our roof was in need of a replacement with pictures he had taken while doing his inspection. The quote we got from him the next day was fairly priced and the ONLY reason we didn't go with them is that we felt our roof was in dire need of replacement sooner than later and had another local roofing company that was able to come out and do it the following week. We would have had to wait a couple weeks for 2nd Chance Roofing to come do the work on our house. It wouldn't have been a problem for us if we weren't already seeing signs of leakage inside our home and were worried about any future rain and/or snow that is to come in the following weeks. I will still recommend 2nd Chance Roofing to anyone that needs roofing work done. Stan was great and we ended up talking for almost an hour after the inspection just about common interests. Really great guy!

Second chance roof did a great job. Worked with my tenant making them comfortable doing their work during Covid. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Very professional group! Our house presented a unique challenge with partial comp and flat membrane roof. They mastered a plan before beginning the job and were very timely and cleaned up all the debris.
