Edgar is very professional, as is everyone else I've encountered on his team. He got me in very quick and even if he hadn't been able to do that, his work and service is second to none and I'd gladly wait in line to have my projects done here. I appreciate this level of commitment to excellence.

Edgar and his team are steadfast professionals. They do so much more than just audio. I have been so impressed with their upholstery work, troubleshooting of electrical systems, and much much more. Edgar can take a project anywhere you want to go with it. My favorite auto professional.

I truly believe this is one of the few best places in town. The owner scheduled me right away (when he was already super busy), installed a nice sub and amp and tuned in perfectly. It is also a very cool shop and store.

Edgar is a very professional installer and a great guy. He's honest and keeps the equipment and labor costs down so it's affordable. My new sound system is awesome and He also installed after market grab bars inside my pickup as well as a diesel fuel transfer tank with a pump in my truck bed. There's no limit on what He's able to install on your vehicle. His shop is really nice and He mostly doesnt go by appointments He just starts working on your system while you wait. I have another vehicle that I will definitely take to Him for a stereo upgrade. With Unique Audio Springfield has a top gun stereo store as well as anything else you may need installed. 👍👍

Bought a used car the CD did not work, thought I could deal with just AM/FM Yea wrong :-) Saturday I stopped by Unique Audio it was close to where I lived, stopped in to ask about a stereo and install Edgar gave me a quote I could not pass up on. Asked when it could be done Edgar informed me he had 10 min on a truck and he could do it today Edgar a nice guy, we chatted during the install and my dog his dog met each other :-) Edgar completed the install, and showed me how the stereo worked You need audio work done check out Unique Audio I had a good experience

This place really is the best, Edgar made me a hidden box for my Jeep in the back. Looks very good like factory made! Prices are very affordable, and also the cheapest I could get in Eugene and Springfield. His team is a very hard working people! defiantly the only place I'll ever go to.

Amazing service on my BMW, super fast

In 2019 Unique Audio installed a backup system in our truck. It's been great so now that we have a 16 year old driver in the house we brought our car to them for a blindspot monitoring system. We've only had the blindspot monitoring for a few days but it seems to be work as great as the backup system. I appreciate the quality work.

I also appreciate how very patient they were with the large number of questions I had. I went in three times with questions before being ready to commit. They were always friendly and gave detailed answers; never once did I feel like the questions were annoying or burdensome.

I definitely highly recommend and will return again if we need something more for one of our vehicles.

The owner edgar didn't mess around when i went in. I was able to pick the deck i wanted and had it installed in 30 min. I went back the next day to install my amp and sub and once again he busted it out in a hour or so. Seems like a cool guy and was happy to give him my money rather than best buy or the big companies. Prices were fair and ill definitely tell my friends to go to his business.

These guys installed my stereo into my 1993 Ford Explorer for an affordable price. It took 20 minutes. These guys are awesome, polite, and good at their craft. They even wrote when I needed to get another oil change on the little sticker on my windshield and threw in a cool little key ring for free. Love these guys. Just a heads up though, it doesn’t show the correct address when you look it up.

I couldn't be happier with this great business. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great prices. We had an audio system put in about six months ago, and more recently had our windows tinted. Excellent work and service on everything. I would not hesitate to recommend Unique Audio to any of my friends or family.

These guys are awesome!! I went to two other audio places and the other guys were way over priced and wanted to take 3-4 hours for a simple install. Alberto and his guy work fast and good and make sure you get what you want and they even called me after I left to let me know that they got the back up camera in after I left. Won't go anywhere else again!

Parking is a bit tight but the store and shop is amazing! They've got all the best and newest products around.
Edgar and the crew really know what and how it's done. They are fast, knowledgeable, clean and organized.

Great job installing keyless entry. Had one door have an issue and brought it by and he fixed right in the parking lot...

Went here to have a remote wire installed for my subwoofer I still receive a lot of feedback it’s weird but I’m going to take it back to have it looked at. I would say the guys are kind his son it cool and friendly. Over experience was good the feedback coming to the sub is no fault of theirs it’s the previous installer

Hands down the best stereo shop in Springfield, and Eugene I had a stereo and amp installed. I was so impressed with the workmanship, and customer service. They also sell & install off- road LED lighting, so bring down your 4×4 and have them set up your rig!

Super friendly staff and they are extremely knowledgeable. Got a keyless entry, and touch screen installed along with tinted windows. Everything works great and looks even better. Also they had it all done relatively quick. Would highly recommend this shop.
