Excellent service here and great food! Got the homestead farmers breakfast with a side of fruit. Paired that with the cold brew iced coffee which was very good (I personally added two sugar packets). We felt completely serviced here with the drink refills and all of our special requests being handled quickly 🥰

I had the best service by a waitress named sammi. She was sweet, my children enjoyed her and she was very polite and welcoming. She had so much patience when my children were being difficult I will return again. We had such a great experience with this waitress!

After having a bad day at work I stopped in to eat was not in the best of moods. We had a server by the name of Sammi who from the get go was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Talk about a mood changer! She was the sweetest, most customer oriented server I have seen in quite some time! Very professional, very caring! She wasn't in a rush she took her time with us even helped us with questions from the menu! I'm beyond pleased with the service we had! The customer service world needs more people like her!

Picked up an order tonight and was missing an item. The manager realized that after we left. He tred reaching out to us but we missed the call. When I called back, the manager was amazing. He was kind, courteous and apologetic. Overall, a wonderful experience plus great food. Will definitely order from here again.

I had my very small wedding reception at Bob Evans way back in 2002. I have not once had a problem with the food nor the service staff. Tonight was no exception. The food was amazing and the server was exceptional.

Had dinner at the bob evens in Aurora Indiana food was great but the service was even better I had Sammi as my waitress she was very sweet! She never let me whlantbor need for anything even the the restaurant was packed she is a hard worker and the best server I’ve had anywhere would recommend you ask for sammi next time your at bob evens you won’t be disappointed

Always good food and good service. Affordably priced and a good menu variety so everyone can find something they like.

Try to go about once a month. Today was a really good experience worth commenting on. We were greeted with a smile and had our orders taken in a very quick and professional manner by Rita. She is a true asset to this establishment. She truly appears to love her job. Our food came out in a very short period of time and was cooked perfectly to our request. Everything looked and tasted fresh, and the passion that the chefs had in their work showed on the plate. Rita was very attentive but did not hover or rush us through our experience.

This is a much nicer location than some other Bob Evans' I've visited. They seemed to have adequate staffing so service was really fast. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great!

I always enjoy starting my day with a great breakfast from Bob Evans. Server was pleasant kitchen a little slower than normal. Dinner last night with an old friend great atmosphere to easily visit and have delicious food. Never a doubt great service, great food always a winner

It has been a while since we have been to Bob Evans and when my husband suggested we go out for breakfast, I was surprised when he chose Bob Evans. We usually go to independent restaurants for breakfast. We were both pleasantly surprised at how great it was. The server (Rita) was super sweet and gave us great service! The atmosphere was better - lighting wasn't too bright. Our food was delicious! Everything was perfect!💖

Laura was our server and she was top notch. Very friendly, very knowledgeable over the menu, super attentive, definitely went out of her way to wow us. I will definitely be back in to see her again. If you are in the are and are hungry, stop in and ask for Laura, you won't regret it, the food was down home yummy and the best service !

It was somewhat loud but service was great, and so was the food. We usually have leftovers to take home but not this time. 😊 I did order some hashbrowns, and they were a little bit on the skimpy side, but they were OK.

Was here for breakfast with my family and had a fantastic experience. Food was good and service was fast!

I truly enjoyed the chicken and noodles with a biscuit. The peach tea is perfect and our waitress was most attentive to our needs.

They had the Doordash order ready to go when I got there. Excellent!

Three other ladies and I went to Bob Evans for a late lunch. I had the half blt sandwich and beef stew. They were both delicious. One of the ladies had a problem with her meal. The new manager Zack and the assistant manager couldn't have been nicer. The whole staff was very sweet and helpful. I would definitely go again.
