Been very thankful for their customer service with Selco. They have regularly worked with me throughout the last couple years even when the pademic hit hard and they have been very reasonable. I almost always feel like their associates see you as actual people. Thank you for working hard guys.

I had 10,000 dollars in my savings for a new vehicle. I didn’t know that they need a day in advance for me to pull the cash out. They let me pull the full amount with short notice with no hesitation!!

I want to give a special thanks to Derek Larkin who gave us an opportunity for a small loan about 10 years ago. Our business is thriving and family is blessed more importantly. I highly recommend Selco Credit Union if you ever need to get out of debt these guys help me out a lot I took a $4,000 loan through them to pay off my credit cards and my ATV and use my 2008 Mazda pickup truck as collateral and my loan payment is only $121 a month for four years not bad compared to what it was going to take me to pay off my credit cards and my ATV thank you again Selco Credit Union for being there... thank you again Selco for being there the second time when I needed you on 1/30/2020 for another loan

They actually honor the Credit Union Shared Branching system and will complete transactions without requiring you to have an account with them

So the credit union totally botched a skip payment transaction and I began to receive email and text notifications for being delinquent. I called right after receiving the notifications and was informed the issue was the credit union’s mistake and the issue would be resolved promptly but it might take place the next business day. Nope, continued to receive messages, so I drove to the credit union in person rather than being placed on brief (not) holds on the phone. Frankly, I wasn’t leaving until my issue was resolved. Thankfully, Candice took charge of the situation and assured me camping out wasn’t necessary, she’d personally handle the issue and phone me once resolved. I appreciate Candice for being true to her words and doing what she said she’d do. Fortunately the issue appears to be resolved. Thanks again Candice !!!
