Domino's Pizza

I was a little upset that it took a long while to get my order delivered. But when I called the store. The person who I spoke with was very friendly and she explained what the issue was. I work in fast food and I understand not having enough help. So I am satisfied with my experience. Pizza was delicious.

I was incredibly impressed with this Domino's. It was easy to order online, my delivery driver Curtis was friendly, and he got here in record time. The food was hot and tasted great. I will definitely order from here again.

Very rude delivery driver but the food was on point

I'd like to commend Donnie, General Manager of the Cahokia IL store. I was having a very bad day and said some things to Donnie that once arriving at the store I regretted. She did not deserve my rudeness. No one had showed up to work that day. Her day was going way worse than mine. Donnie was cool, polite and courteous to me despite my anger filled words. When I showed up to pick up my pizza i apologized profusely to Donnie. Thank you for being understanding that everyone has a bad day. Your customer service skills were amazing and I appreciated how you diffused the situation by never loosing your cool. You're the best Donnie!!!

This location used to have poor service - frequently forgetting less important order items like sauces. At some point, a delivery driver mentioned they had a new GM and I have not had any issues since that point in time. My original review was 1 star because they seemed to forget something 50% of the time, but over the past few months I have not had any issues, so I'm re-reviewing and changing to 5.

Basically ur best bet on dinner around here . It's always 😊 I even ordered on Christmas 1 year... Hey it's there it's open it's good!

Dominoes pizza not only has great food the employees there are AWESOME. The food is fresh and ready for carry out quickly. They have great deals for any occasion.

This Domino's is always excellent. They always are on time with delivery, and even gave me extra pizza, when they messed up my carry out order.

I have never had a bad experience with this location as far as timeliness. They do not skimp on their portions either
