Wow! What a beautiful restaurant. The decor and atmosphere is so different to the other Java Nations. This feels very elegant. The food is amazing as always, I reccomend the mushroom ravioli it's creamy and tasty and the tacos are so delicious. The servers and manager, Patricio are fantastic. The owner Simona is on site to greet and help as well.

This review is for the restobar part (the location also has a coffee house with it's own menu & express pickup).
Good place with access to the patio, dedicated bar seating & dining room. Menu includes basic staples, some dinner items (like full branzino or lamb rack) and desert options. Wine list is good. Happy hour until 6 PM.
Recommend: flatbread to share, squash soup & bottle wine to share - about $75 with tips for 2.

Stopped by for coffee, ended up having drinks and appetizers. Everything was delicious (spicy watermelon marg, passion fruit mango marg, pupusa, spinach and artichoke dip)! Above all Patricio and the staff were incredibly nice and attentive. Can’t wait to come back for dinner and breakfast.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile by everyone. The place is absolutely beautiful. The service was amazing and so thoughtful and accommodating. Felt as if I was at a friend’s place❤ I ordered the chicken papusas, mango passion fruit refresher and the Dulce de leche caramel cake and EVERYTHING was delicious. So glad to know that I have this place to go to now that Starbucks is closing. Can’t wait to try the lavender and honey chai 😍. Could not take pics because my daughter and I enjoyed it so much but did have enough left to capture the cheesecake ha ha!

This place just opened and I’m a loyal already! Staff is impressively nice and friendly, especially Patricio, the manager who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Service in general is great, everyone super nice even with our loud and messy toddlers. The pastries and coffee are excellent, desserts don’t disappoint either. Decor and overall ambience is very pretty, modern and clean. Looking forward trying the food, this is our new favorite spot for sure!

Wandered in here this morning after noticing it opened recently. The shop is split into two parts: a really nice sit down cafe and a quick service coffee bar around the corner. I went into the sit down part first but moved on to the grab and go portion. The food is excellent with massive portions! (Seriously, I was skeptical about paying for a $10 breakfast burrito, but after eating it, I clearly got my money’s worth). Selection of coffee was nice, although at 9 am the to go food was a little picked through (to be expected near a train station/office). Overall seems like a great option in an area filled with great cafe options.

I live 2 blocks away and I was beyond thrilled to hear that the restaurant opened. At first, I thought it was a coffee shop only but was pleasantly surprised that it was a full restaurant with a great selection of cocktails.

The host team is very hospitable and made us feel welcomed right away. Honestly, it was a highlight as most places around do lack a bit of hospitality sometimes.

On my first visit, I gave the bar a try, and on my second, we decided to dine in their dining room. Service was great, the server was a bit nervous at first, but once we cracked a few jokes, they were at ease and very pleasant.

We decided to get the margarita flight and the mimosa flight, and the Benedict's were a favorite. And the pupusas? Omg! Can't wait to try more items.

One silly note, I wish the lighting wasn't so harshly bright. Even during my daytime visit, it felt like I was in a bar's last call. But overall, a great addition to the neighborhood.

The staff is incredible, and it's a great atmosphere with delicious drinks (coffee shop or at the bar & restaurant).

I have came here twice so far and they have consistently delicious food. The pupusas and empanadas are a must try. I also love their expresso martinis. It was one of the best I've had. Every one is also really nice from the bartenders to the waiters. This is my new favorite spot in Silver Spring! Definitely give it a try. Also Patricio is awesome!

This was our first time at JN and it was a great experience. We had a reservation and JN was packed so we had a little wait before our table was ready, but the team graciously accommodated us with a table that would be more comfortable for us and our 1 year old. The hostess Laniyah and manager Patricio were awesome! The food is excellent, and Java Nation lives up to its name because the coffee is phenomenal too. This place will be a brunch staple for us!

I love this place. And I love that the whole restaurant and market is built very beautifully. The food and drinks are amazing, as well as the service. Absolutely recommend this place to everyone😊

I live near by this place and been waiting for it for so long. Love it here ! Food was great and dessert was even better . I love how airy and homey it feels ! The Manager was so sweet and gave me a complimentary dessert the three -layered cake . The whipping cream was the cherry on top and the coffee flavor was soo good.

Been waiting for a place like this to open in downtown Silver Spring! Great food and cocktails, with attentive and friendly waitstaff. It feels like they’ve put a lot of thought into all of their offerings. I’ve only tried it out for dinner so far and am looking forward to exploring the breakfast and coffee options.

Great experience for being open just one week! I went think it would be a coffee shop, but it was more than that.

Sat at the bar with a couple of other people. Coffee took a little bit to make it, but eventually got to me.

God and service were superb

Delicious food and drinks and really friendly service. The honey cake with sour yogurt was a highlight, but everything was great. Loved our experience here and will be back.

Food was amazing. The service was fast, the food was fresh and hot! The staff is so nice and welcoming. Definitely a good place to sit down and catch up on work or just to sit down and have a small chat

Hey Silver Springers, Java Nation is finally here.
The Food is delicious, they even have pupusas and they're crispy and with the burnt ends, just like they served them at home.
The breakfast sandwich is bigger than it looks in the ad.
Coffee's smooth and creamy.
The service is fantastic and professional.

Great coffee, lentil soup and panzanilla salad after a 4 mile walk in the neighborhood. Nice atmosphere. Staff was super nice.
