Contact them before making any insurance decisions. I've delt with various insurance providers and not had any super negative experience. However until I contacted Countryside I just assumed it was a non personal transaction between insurer and insured. The entire staff has been personal, professional and very attentive. I was explained options and fees in a way that let me make the best decision for my family. I was shown areas in previous coverage that needed attention and how they could affect my family in a loss. Call whatever agency you choose but you'd be foolish to not include Susan and her team in the conversation.

If you have been with the same agency for 20 years or two years it is always a great idea to shop your insurance each year with someone that is not your current agent. I was insurance poor and needed help.
