Very disrespectful & unprofessional, especially their agent Brittany. The company hasn’t sent my auto-renew papers to the BMV every 6 months like they’re supposed to. In result, my license gets suspended. I finally was fed up & asked for a lower rate, or next month’s payment off for their multiple time error (3). She said no very blatant & blunt. I resumed to tell her I would look into other insurance companies, she didn’t flinch or even TRY to make anything happen. Basically “Ok bye, we’re a billion dollar franchise” when they should value each customer who spends money to provide money in their bank accounts. Most disrespectful, rude, untrustworthy insurance agent I have ever dealt with in my life.
