The sales rep, Abby, is literally the NICEST person ever! I went in to buy an outfit for a concert and was feeling very discouraged..the selection options were awesome I just am very uncomfortable in my own body- but ABBY made me feel so confident, didn’t stop searching until we found a perfect/ comfortable outfit, AND when I went back in because I was second guessing myself in the outfit- was going to return- she let me know how awesome it looked, reminded me how flattering the outfit was, and had me promise to wear it in confidence! I did not feel like I was just a customer being sold an item- I felt like a friend who was asking for another friends advice! Keep Abby around- the world needs more positivity/confidence boosters like her! 🧡

Walked in and was immediately greeted and given the treatment. Had pants and several shirts picked out for me. Extra accommodation for me being tall ended up getting a shirt and first pair of jeans in a long, long time. It's a little hefty on the coin but the product and service delivers. Pants are plentiful in pockets and accommodate My need for EDC. Fabric is everything.

They guy that helped me was very friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for and went to the back,brought out my size and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes

THE BEST place to buy jeans!! Madison was super helpful. The sales team is readily available to answer any questions or help you find a fitting room but they dont hover over you like some places so it creates a nice shopping experience.

I have been to multiple stores looking for low rise jeans nobody has any my daughter-in-law bought a pair from buckle and I really like them but I can't bring myself to pay that much for jeans I guess my husband got tired of hearing about it LOL I got two pair of the BKE and one pair of Rock and to be honest the BKE I fell in love with it's been so long to find a pair of jeans that fit me right and the young lady that helped me and my husband was awesome definitely my new place to buy jeans

Love this place. We spend lots of money here Everytime we frequent. Manager has been here since I was in high school. I'm now in my mid 30s.. great guy.. great staff.. so so helpful

Yes I ordered some jeans online from the buckle and they did not fit so I took them back to the store at the greenwood Park Mall and had a wonderful experience mckenzie was very knowledgeable and very helpful I returned the jeans and she found James that were comparable I love them she was very helpful I give this store five stars it's hard to find good customer service I will return

B-Rad was so helpful! Not to mention handsome although he was helping my son, a momma can’t help but notice,😉! I worked for the Bloomington store shortly after it opened in ‘95-‘96 and I absolutely loved my job! I only quit because I joined the military! Thank you B-Rad for taking care of my son and being such an exemplary representative of The Buckle!!!!

This store was fine my first time really going in to buy anything but it has a passing grade. Picked up me a shirt and shoes for a little party for some friends.
