This store is exceptionally well maintained and displays are neat and attractive. We purchased new bed pillows, which have to touched and squeezed to be assessed, that were on sale. I hope they are doing well because they are obviously making every effort to attract and retain customers. A genuinely satisfying retail experience.

They always have the beat sales and deals. The cashier always makes sure you have access to all coupons and discounts that are available. I Love even more that they gave a military discount today too!!!!

I visited JCPenney Greenwood last week and I was very impressed by their selection and prices. They had a lot of clothes, shoes, and accessories for women, men, and children. They also had a nice department store with home goods, furniture, and appliances. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they offered me a coupon that saved me almost $40. The store was clean and well-organized, and they had a lot of parking spaces. I would definitely recommend JCPenney Greenwood to anyone who is looking for quality products at affordable prices

I love JC Penny's. They're the only store that I know of that carries tall sizes for women's pants.

My love for Penney's goes back many years and the store at Greenwood Park Mall never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the store is well stocked. The prices can't be beat and sometimes I feel like I am being undercharged when I hit a great sale. Keep up the good work, Greenwood! You'll have a loyal customer in me as long as your doors are open.

I go to the salon here. They do a great job on hair and waxing brows.

Even though I entered the store 30 minutes before closing, everyone was super nice. I made sure to go in and only grab what I needed and I apologized for being in the store so close to closing time. The gentleman that checked me out in the men's section by the suits, said I didn't need to apologize and I told him I know how it is when you are ready to leave and someone comes in last minute. I will definitely be back to this location!

I go here for the hair salon. Always treated with friendly care and respect. Always do a fantastic job!

I purchased a few pairs of women's capris but 1 was missing from the bag. I spoke with the manager over the phone. Upon my return visit to the Greenwood store to retrieve it there were no issues. Thank you so much for being the Penny's store that I have always loved.

Sales, sales, sales
So I've been on a mini spending spree for new work attire....I was NOT disappointed in the selection here. EVERYTHING I bought was on sale. Also, the staff was super friendly. Daniel was beyond patient with me at checkout and was above and beyond kind as a cashier in general. The store needs a little TLC as far as maintenance goes, but otherwise it was wonderful.

Really love this location, very nice store with an amazing selection. Ti bad the store in Seymour, In don't have a better selection like this. Great store and great sales.

I was there today and had the best service from Bob in Jewelry. I was just looking for a cheap watch and he probably doesn’t even get commission on it, but he took his time to talk to me and help me find the best watch. He’s a true people person and made sure I had a great customer experience! Kudos Bob!
