Advantage Dental+ | Bend

This is the best-run dental facility I’ve experienced in my entire life. Everyone is accommodating, efficient and show excellent care from the moment you enter the building. My anxiety level was high, and Amber made my experience there incredibly soothing. She was very kind, patient and had a natural way to ease all of my anxieties. The entire staff is incredible. Aubrey was also great! They all work as a team, which speaks volumes about this great dental facility! It is the best experience ever, and who can say that about dental visits? They are all awesome!

I posted rave reviews on Yelp & Indeed I was so happy with my first visit. Everyone was so kind and friendly and the facility is lovely. Thank you for caring. I had a terrible experience with my last clinic and was a little apprehensive wondering if Advantage Dental would be better or worse and it was awesome. Highly recommend. Just had my third appointment and again exceptional treatment by Dr. Zoe and Crystal. Very happy with Advantage Dental. What I really like is everyone works as a team and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly with good music.

Everyone was very friendly and caring. I didn’t wait long at all which surprised me. My dental technician was very friendly and compassionate towards my needs. The dentist expressed listened to my concerns and let me take my time discussing. It was a very peaceful experience.

I've been to Advantage Dental twice within the past month for deep cleaning on my teeth. Both of the periodontists I've seen took good care of me. I had no problems. Thank you for taking good care of me.

My hygienist, Amber, was so sweet & just had an overall happy vibe. I was very pleased with how accommodating she was, given my super sensitive gums & teeth. She made sure I was comfortable at all times.

The dentist/surgeon who removed my wisdom tooth last week did a phenomenal job. I was really nervous, and he put me right at ease with his caring demeanor.

Tricia at the front desk was also very welcoming and personable. I would highly recommend Advantage Dental in Bend.

I've been here a couple times for emergencies and they get me in sooner than later. Super caring team. All the clarification on the procedures is super comforting as well. It's great when a dentist doesn't leave you in the dark about the next step.
Erica in particular has been super helpful in scheduling my appointments and assisting me with any questions.

Both of my visit were pleasant I am completely satisfied with the treatments I received and all the staff havr been kind and professional they get me in and out on time and very reasonable on what they charge for their services highly recommend the bend office

I hadn't been to the dentist in many many years. This visit was so quick and easy and I was made to feel so comfortable I will have more work done. Perfect visit for a broken molar.

I’ve been really happy with the care I’ve received at Advantage Dental. I have dental anxiety as a lot of people do. Thanks to Dr Friesen I think a lot of it has gone away. He’s so good at his job. I have no complaints at all. His assistant Chelsea is super nice as well. Everyone I have spoken to has been kind and very helpful. I’ve had a cleaning with Amy and one with Amber. They’re great

Update:
Advantage Dental continues to exceed my expectations, and they have helped restore my mouth to the healthiest it’s ever been. They are gentle and compassionate. I feel safe here, and I am being well taken care of by the people who schedule appointments to the dental hygiene and assistants team to the dentists themselves; all of them care about my long term health, and I’ve found my dental family.

Advantage Dental has been a pleasant dental experience all the way around. The employees there from the ladies at the front counter all the way back to the Doctor are very compassionate people with the patience comfort first and foremost in their minds. I am very grateful for the time and dedication they have committed to their individual parts in the TEAM they are a member of. They are a efficient and reliable dental office and I wish I'd have gone to them at the very beginning of my current condition. Dr. Schuller is very precise and detailed in his profession as well as an overall friendly person who does his best to answer and address any concerns.
Sometimes it's hard to put into words the appreciation s person has but I sincerely hope they get it!!

Dr. Schuller was the best dentist I’ve ever had. He actually listens and is so kind.
Melissa was also amazing taking care of my comfort level and treating me like I was so important:). They both were a real blessing for me!

I absolutely love Doctor Schuller! I moved away and came back and I was glad he was still there. He is one of the best Dentist I've ever seen. EVER! His work is Beautiful and he is calm and makes your smile perfect! I highly recommend this Doctor! The office does have a long wait time to get in, but seeing him is 100% worth my time and my teeth. 10/10 and Highly recommend. Ohh and Melissa, she is so caring and patient, I definitely got to let her kno she is kind and makes your experience more enjoyable.

Went back today for a cleaning with Amber! Can we say she cleaned my teeth so good I wanted to tip her. Literally the best place ever!

Advantage dental is an exceptional place. Care is always top priority. The hygienist is so gentle and knowledgeable in her field. But was a really amazing gal! The Dentist is professional,and very kind person who gets you what you need individually with a watchful eye in the health of his patients. All around the best care.

We had a wonderful experience! When I called to schedule I received quick and helpful assistance from the scheduling crew. We were able to get in rather quickly where Dr.Reynolds and everyone assisting with my 6 year old were friendly and great, I felt confident in everyone’s knowledge and ability. My child was treated wonderfully and his needs were met.

Let me start by saying Aubrey was a gem . The staff is Friendly,courteous And very professional. They got screening and cleaning done on the same day.

Even though sometimes it’s near impossible to call there and have someone answer, they always call back in a very timely manner! Those girls up front are constantly swamped, but always fun to crack jokes with! Just all around pleasant and polite no matter how busy they are. As far as dentists go, I have only seen one, and I am definitely hooked and would never go anywhere else unless forced too! LOL!! So no disrespect to the other dentists there, but Tyler Friesen, DMD is the young man to see. Very understanding, caring, fun to chat with and does a great job checking into medical issues (as long as you tell him of course) to make absolutely sure that you will be completely safe under his care. Just a very comfortable environment all together and his Assistant Chelsie is just as wonderful. Great communication wether by phone or email, they don’t forget about you!

Due to all the previous negative reviews I was pretty scared going in to get two of my teeth pulled. But after seeing Dr. Schuller and his nurse Melissa and how patient they were with me while I worked out some of those fears in my mind and how they explained everything and spoke gently with me, it all helped to calm my fears and they gave me privacy to deal with my emotions. (Like I said, I was really scared going in.) The teeth extraction went smoothly and I feel so much better coming out than when I went in. They were caring and professional and it went so well, my mother wanted to sign up to get her dentures fixed! Thank you so much Dr. Schuller and Melissa for such great service! I appreciate that you didn't make me feel shame for being scared and you showed great patience with me! Thank you for being so kind and gentle with me. You are greatly appreciated!
