This is a nice grocer if you can afford to shop here. In other cities it is much larger and more diverse. Great selection of different fresh and organic items. Nice area for deli selection and bakery. Customer service has been great. Overall, nice whole foods. Pricey, but you know that going there.

I had a really great shopping experience at WFM in Bend, Oregon today. I was able to easily locate all of the items on my list in the beautifully merchandised store. Plus, to top it off I had Ed process my purchase. What a gem he is! A really delightful human! 🫶

Very clean, great produce and stocking of supplies. Can find most of everything I need to create organic, gluten-free, wholesome meals. Every employee I run into is respectful. Pricing could be better.

I had a fantastic experience with one of the employees there. I felt bad pestering him but it was my first time in that store and the first time in a Whole Foods in a long time. I feel bad not catching his name but he'd only been working there for a week and he was super sweet helping me find the 3 things I needed. I unfortunately only got 2 of 3 things I needed but it's completely fine. That gentleman was so incredibly helpful and even though Whole Foods is expensive, I'd shop there again if I needed to (I live in Culver so don't get down to Bend much). It was an awesome experience. He also made some friendly convo with me about what I was making and that was cool too. I cracked some jokes and he laughed at my bad attempts at humor. A+!

The employees at this store and kind and attentive, and usually go out of their way to greet my baby, ask if they can give her stickers. They go out of their way to ask if I have questions if someone sees my looking at several products for a minute.

During Covid they stopped doing hot bar food because of safety concerns, and we are so glad it’s back! Always delicious.

Also I’m always hearing comments about how expensive it is but food here, but it’s really not… My family shops around for the best price for our groceries and that is most often found at Whole Foods. They have quality standards for the items they carry, and even with that taken into account most of the 365 brand(their name brand) items are with cents of the signature select (Safeway name brand) across the parking lot. And the extra sale discount for prime members is great. Yes, something’s are more expensive but for the most part as long as you’re not buying only higher end organic and look at comparable items to other grocery stores it is very similarly priced.

Friendly environment and employees, as well as a great many selections of organic products and produce. Keep it up guys 👍🏻

This is a great place to buy all of your organic food and specialty food. They have a fantastic food bar, bakery, and Specialty Meats sections. The organic fruit and vegetable section is one of the best in Bend Oregon. The location is great because it's near Safeway and Costco or additional shopping needs.

Nice meat department and knowledgeable butchers. Good beer selection as well and everyone is very friendly in checkout. It’s my go to grocery store now.

I cannot say enough about this Whole Foods! The associates there have been SO amazing and helpful every time I have been here. A sweet gal in Bakery went above and beyond to meet my needs, and even came and found me while shopping to bring me my husband and I's favorite cake.
The meat dept, a gentleman there was true to his word and found me a special beef cut and made sure I was called before the day I needed it and had it ready to go for me. The people here truly care, and the store is always looking so nice!! My favorite grocery store, hands down. Thank you!

This store had my Zevia Root beer where Costco and Safeways did not have. I quit drinking alcohol to better my life and I love root beer. The staff working there have always been helpful and courteous and kind and I love going in there they have everything that you can think of. Some things are a little more expensive but they have tons of organic drinks produce stuff like that.

One of the best organic food stores I have ever shopped. Helpful service and good advice. Great variety of flavors and ingredients to make your life easier and more delicious. I will be back often. The staff is happy to help and give advice. Great knowledge of the products that are available. Even give coupons to save you money.
