I recently picked up my new 718 Cayman from Bend Porsche. This was a life-long dream and the car has proven to be all I wished for...and more. I ordered the car 7 months ago from the factory, and had the assistance of Mike Bowers throughout the process. The dealership as a whole -- and Mike specifically -- has been a joy to work with. Very professional, very organized, knowledgeable in all things Porsche. Every commitment he made was reasonable and honored. Sales team Rob Weston and Justin Levine communicated well with us, and met our expectations. Rob has an impressive knowledge of the product, and communicates well at any level of customer understanding. Our Porsche Brand Ambassador Mike Bowers was very communicative and worked with our schedule so we could make the drive over to Bend from Eugene. The Service Director Mike Tessen worked extensively on our special build overland Cayenne and spent a lot of time going over the vehicle with us so we were comfortable with the work they had done.

Great experience with Michael Bowers at Porsche Bend. I'm in Washington State but the Porsche Bend dealer had just the car I wanted coming in. The whole team there was super helpful, but Mike excelled with great customer service. I flew into Redmond airport the night before pick up, and Mike picked me up from the hotel, took me to the dealership and made the whole handover process both informative but efficient. Even the trip to the Finance office at Porsche Bend was painless and helpful. All in all, just wish this was my local dealer.

I was going to buy a Cayenne Coup for my wife's birthday so I checked six Porsche locations, four in Washington State and two in Oregon. I picked Bend because I sensed Mike Bowers was honest and answered all my questions without all the other stuff I was hearing from other dealerships. I demanded quite a few things from Mike concerning the car and he was well prepared for my arrival. The sale went as I had hoped. Well done Mike, now if you could convince my wife to buy me a Panamera for my birthday I would give you six stars rather than five.

I picked up my 2023 Cayman GTS from Porsche Bend. They did a fantastic job of presenting the car and reviewing all the salient features. The car was fully fueled, perfectly detailed exactly as ordered. Mike Bowers was my salesman; he always communicated clearly and promptly. I had a perfect car buying experience.

Worked with Jamie over email and phone for a ‘18 911. They initially didn’t have an allocation but Jamie worked to trade a 911 T allocation they did have. I didn’t ask for a trade but Jamie proactively followed up on it. I had 2 other dealerships prior promising a trade but never followed through.

Picked up my car last week after a long anticipated wait :) all ready in a private delivery room when I arrived at dealership.

Coming from out of state, they made sure everything was as we discussed and helped get all the paperwork done for my state registration. Would definitely buy from them again!

I was comparing Toyota Highlanders, with Audi, BMW, and the Porsche Cayenne, so I stopped in at Bend Porsche on a whim. Kathy Edwards meet me at the door, and began a wonderful car buying experience. She showed me an immaculate 2019 Cayenne, and helped me better understand the unique experience of driving a Porsche. During all phases of negotiations she kept the same customer focused approach. It was a joy buying from Bend Porsche, and specifically buying with Kathy's expert help and approach. Frankly, I felt I not only acquired a new car, but a new friend as well.

I bought a new Cayman S from Jamie Reed in Tysons Corner. I learned that he is now at Porsche Bend. Jamie was always helpful and courteous throughout the purchase process.

When I decided to buy the car, I drove to the dealership from North Carolina, about a four or five hour drive. I looked forward to the drive home through the Virginia countryside. Only an hour or so away from the dealership, I stopped for a quick break and when I returned to the car and I had lost all interior electronics, gauge cluster, wipers, etc. I was very disappointed because I had never had any problems with the Cayman I just traded.

I called Jamie, my sales professional, and he very calmly discussed the problem with me and after a short while advised me to call Porsche Roadside Assistance. Roadside Assistance was also very helpful. After about an hour of waiting, the car came back to life with an engine code stating that the car was able to be driven but that I should visit the dealership for service. When I returned home, I arranged for service. When they told me the car was fixed, I picked it up for what I thought would be my first great drive in the car, and the same problem resurfaced.

I called Jamie once again. We discussed the issue again and I told him which dealership the car would be going to this time. Jamie told me that he would be in touch with Porsche and that Porsche would be assisting with the problem. The thing that really impressed me, is that when I got the car out of the shop the second time, successfully repaired, I saw written on my paperwork that Porsche had already been in touch with their service technicians before they even began working on the car.

You hear people say that a problem is not part of their job description. I don't think what Jamie did was part of the normal duties of his job. His help and reassurance throughout the process meant a lot to me. If Jamie had told me that it wasn't his job to assist me when I was stranded on the side of the road, I don't think I could have argued with him. But he did help and I really appreciated having a concerned person on the phone with me. I'm very thankful he helped me with the problem and got Porsche involved. I know my local dealer would have worked on the car anyway, but I believe the fact that Porsche had already been in touch with them before the car even arrived motivated them to do a great job on the car.

If you want to get great service during your purchase and have someone in your corner for anything that might come up after the purchase, buy your new Porsche from Jamie and you'll have that kind of guy on your side. I can't express how much it meant to me knowing that Jamie was looking out for me while navigating Roadside Assistance, Porsche and Service. I truly feel like he went above and beyond what he was required to do.
