Rite Aid

Okay so the manager here is the greatest. I had some trouble with a visa card I bought here. Normally it seems like the kind of issue a manager would malfunction over, like something that requires troubleshooting outside of what a training manual would show. She totally got the bottom of the problem using some detective work and fixed it. I would have been out a hundred bucks otherwise, had to deal with visa, waited and maybe never had the problem fixed. It's great to see ppl not afraid to think for themselves and for that I'd give the store a great review.

You know the hours on your website say you close at 10:00pm the hours on Google say 8:00pm hours on your door so you close at 7:00pm. I live out of town and I place an online order through your website which says you close at 10:00. I showed up at 7:10pm even though the store was closed then nice lady at the counter help me out and she was the only one working. I didn't catch her name but I wanted give her a big applause!

This is the best pharmacy in town post Covid. The nicest most helpful staff, kindness, patience, and fill thing quickly. I appreciate every one of you. Thank you for all your efforts on behalf of your Bend patient community.

Rite aid had the prescription I needed when so many other located by me did not have it. Rite aid filled it that same day and contacted me when it was ready for pick up. I went into the very clean and organized store and got my prescription less than 3 minutes even though I was in line. Another pharmacist came to help me.
