Starbucks

I did what everybody dreads doing this morning— spilling their coffee RIGHT after they get it. The barista on bar watched the whole thing happen and immediately started making me another drink. I didn’t even have to ask! Made my day. Thank you for making kind of a sucky situation so much better! ❤

I personally love this Starbucks. I am a student and this is right next to my school. The staff always is so kind to me and the welcoming environment makes me wanna come back. They even have started recognizing me since I come so often and that just makes me feel welcomed and liked. I’m addition, I have asked for some pretty complicated drinks before and they always do it right and with a smile. Definitely would recommend if you feel like having your day brightened.

Coffee was on point sandwich not so much. Great atmosphere

2nd day without coffee for a medical test..maybe espresso wasn't a wise choice but tasted so good & had a breakfast croissant also & a nice visit with friends. Stress test came back normal. Yay!

"Sarah" is just the sweetest! Always a smile and happy greeting - such a quick wit and I love how she makes my chai! Perfect every time!

OC Point Starbucks is the nicest Starbucks around!!! Customer service is awesome, atmosphere is great, & of course, the coffee is yummy!!! Cold brew!!!!

i’ve literally never had a bad experience at this starbucks, the people who work there are always so kind and i’m always greeted with a smile!! they’ve never once messed my drink up and i feel comfortable there because i know i’ll get great service. thank you all for your hard work

All the Sara(h)s!!! Seriously great service! But its Starbucks! Would you expect anything less! We ordered a few drinks and some food while passing through on our way to Washington. They nailed our order and gave us a food upgrade as a result of someone ordering wrong. Thanks again, we will definitely be back to this location 👍

I visit almost daily and absolutely love this place. There are fun regulars that I see often and the staff are always so very friendly and helpful, and often greet me by my name when I come in. Some are so tuned in to their customers that they remember my order without me having to tell them. Also, this store has recently had a change in the seating arrangements and it's awesome. This is a really busy Starbucks and it's great to know there will almost always be somewhere to sit now, which wasn't the case previously. I also appreciate that they keep the room temperature comfortable - so I'm not freezing in there like I am at the Starbucks up the street near Freddies.

Clean place. Unfortunately this starbucks store has no drive thru. They have the outside seating area open.

Starbucks always asks if their employees interact with you when they want a review. For once I can actually say both employees on that shift engaged every single customer in a thoughtful and friendly conversation. That was important just as important to us the great drink I was served.

The employees at this location are absolutely phenomenal. Every time I come in it’s pretty busy, but they are always so sweet and personable. Food service is a difficult industry to work in, especially right now, and I so appreciate everyone here!

This store is fantastic, through and through. I have had a wonderful and pleasant experience every time I've visited. Delicious beverages, friendly and welcoming staff, good conversation, and a clean environment. If this isn't your go-to Starbucks, it should be!

Friendly staff. Evenings after 5pm haven't been stiflingly overcrowded.

Always a great atmosphere and good service. Natalie was friendly and professional when she took our order, and the interaction the employees have with customers and each other is always top notch 👌🏻
