AT&T Store

The manager Tyler was very easy to work with and friendly. Nice to hear him talk about how important customer service and building his team his. Not every business sees it that way these days. We will definitely use this location again.

Tyler helped me today over the phone and in person. I had my heart set on a pink iPhone and he helped me make an informed decision to make sure it was the right choice for me and went above and beyond for me to be happy. It was a little bit of a wait but that was due to the phone needed updating which couldn’t be avoided and during that time he was good conversation and very upbeat. Overall I’m very happy with my decision to continue to use att. Thank you again Tyler!

I took my kids in for our upgrades and as always the service was great and we walked away with everything we wanted and needed. Mattie and Quinn did a great job helping us with all our requests.

Spent yesterday making the decision to combine our two accounts to either to AT&T or TMobile and without a doubt the customer service we got at AT&T was the deciding factor - IMO all the carriers are the same, but separated by how you get treated in the store itself. Personal note about Isaiah and whoever is in charge at this location…take care of this employee as he took care of us - 1000% 5-Stars 👍

Was at the Molalla store today and had an unpleasant encounter, Tyler was aggressive cutting me off when I spoke and cussing in the back room. It was unfortunate because I’ve always been treated very well. Tyler is lacking in customer service areas and needs to be trained better. Thank you.

One of the best customer experiences I’ve had. The associate named Austin, helped me upgrade from an android to an iPhone, and helped my elderly mother upgrade to her first smart phone. He was very kind and patient with us, and even helped me save a little on the bill. Despite the store being extremely busy, he remained focused and professional, and appeared to balance everything very well. Very impressed by this store and the associate.

Austin was awesome to work with. Went in there to upgrade phones on a multi-line plan, he talked us through all the details, discussed all the relevant fees/charges/discounts and came out with a good idea of what to expect from our next couple bills and services offered by the plan. Kept his cool for the duration of our visit and made us feel like we could come in if we have any questions in the future. Can't ask for much more, kudos Austin

Austin helped my mother and me today. He has the best customer service. Very helpful and makes sure he takes care of all your needs. Would recommend if you need anything would come to this store.

Olivia, dressed as Harley Quinn was amazing and helped us with getting my elderly father a device (phone) and watch with emergency contacts so he can live alone a few more years. Awesome customer service
