From a check in person have your Isa ready ends 0973 and have your window down with engine off or walk back don't sit in cab with window up for 3-4min really adds up. Most of wait time comes from that as well as us at times. Not all our fault though don't argue or let us know had to wait 20 min every driver that says that or won't move makes it add up for end of the line. We try our best to push you through but help us out please.

I have great experience delivering there arrived 1:15 am 2 hours before my appointment time checked in waited until 2:30 am got door unloaded in 1 hour check in office was nice and polite local drivers didn’t bother me waiting inside yard and blocking some trailers cannot complain at all

Not bad to deliver there , if you lucky, can leave early otherwise 3 hrs. They took, exit door other side to Allen

Typically Amazon you know strict on appointment don’t come early rather than that it’s all good. They do have restroom for drivers

Long line of semi trucks at guard shack. They need to open both sides and work faster. Respect drivers time please.

Quick Unloading process. Very friendly people. No overnight parking tho.

We have not had the same experience as most who posted reviews on this location. There was no wait to check in and the guards were quick and courteous. We arrived @ 12:20 for our 14:00 appointment. We were checked in immediately and given a door. Out by 13:33. Great experience.

If you are giving this facility and it’s staff a low rating , you better see MEM1 (memphis, TN). I made two deliveries (drop a loaded trailer) , and now heading them for empty pickup . Thus far I had a great experience.

Unload very quickly but make sure before start back your trailer on door check ground for nails
