Goodwill Outlet Store

This place is decent, lots of hidden gems. It seems like they change the bins every hour on the hour so be very quick & don't take your time because someone may run to what you wanted 1st!

It's basically a job, it'd be wise to make a list of things you want & come with a crew.

Literally got a cart full of merch cost less than $50

They have rearranged the bins. I love it. The treasures are waiting in the bins. So many things to see. The downside is special pricing on heavy items is a little too high now. The other outlet locations price heavy items cheaper. The furniture, appliances and bikes are affordable. They have rotations so new items too a few times a day. Just stay back the customers can get rough over the bins. They run and make it stressful on the workers. For saftey they ask to stand behind yellow lins, keep hands out until all are in place. Many try and take out things still. The workers here have to have patience to deal with the madness.

Good place to deliver. New building, and easy in and out. Huge lot to turn around and back in. Friendly staff, and usually out within 2 hours. Can shop while you wait.

So much fun! Takes patience and time - like finding a matching pair of shoes and there may not be a match - but getting stuff by the pound is really an adventure!

This facility is huge, clean, has cashier's, & accepts donations.

I found a cart full of gently used designer & top brand label clothing in one hour after digging through only 3 bins! In total I came away with 41 items for $60! The bargains here can’t be beat!

I had a great time shopping! Prices have gone up, but at least there were wares on the shelves.

No one can compete with their furniture prices.

Love this place... Great deals and it's fun hunting for what you didn't even know you wanted or needed. We took out daughter and her friend with $10.00 each they were so funny to watch them shopping. In the cart out of the cart with all kinds of stuff. Begging us to stay until the bins got changed out. I think this is a great place for them to learn many life skills. Understanding the value of money, as well as priority. We will definitely be taking the kiddos back. Thank-you goodwill. Keep up the great job.

I am so happy with the new management at the outlet. They are making people stop hoarding and stay back away from the bins until rotation is finished! Small children unsupervised were still in bins but what a change from pre Covid19! This us the first time I didn't find personal information in the bin!

I found a few good items. But what I loved the most was the foreboding geese that refused to move until I offered them an appropriate offering. At least they seem to be taking social distancing seriously by standing six feet apart.

My Mom and I come here all the time and I can't ever recall having a bad experience. Except for today when my Mom realized she lost her phone again after leaving. Her and my Brother thought we wouldn't be able to find it, but we did withen five minutes.

They had it at the register and were super polite. I really wished I had asked for their names. I know one was a manager and the others were employees but that's the extent of my knowledge.

Anyhow, We, had a blast besides the loosing the phone bit. My Mom say's thank you encase y'all read this.

Angel does a magnificent job managing the operations while on duty, Great and highly organized bin rotations, always smiling, crew works and hustles hard for her.

She brings a tremendous amount of value to the greenwood location. I see majority of goodwill customers thankful for the staff and location of operation.

My favorite Outlet! Clean for a Goodwill. Sometimes garbage makes it in. I've found a few used diapers before (yuck). Almost always a good selection! Employees get bins in and our quickly (unless the manager isn't in). Would recommend!

I didn't know Sundays all clothing was .99 cents!! All yellow tagged clothes .99 cents and other yellow tagged items 1/2 price!! Woohoo!! Plus I has 50% off with my Goodwill card!! Wow! Did I get some great deals! Love you Goodwill!! See ya next Sunday!!

I love this place. I got a massive couch here for super cheap. and the employees helped me load it. they have different things every day so its always fun to check out.

I have been to another Goodwill Outlet store in west side Indy. This Greenwood store is a lot nicer and cleaner and cahsiers are nicer than that another Goodwill Outlet store. I visit this store often and enjoy dogging for bargains. Regular items including clothes are $0.99 per pound. Glasses are $0.29 per pound. Shoes are $1.79 per pound, I think. Books are sold by a piece. I think hardcover books are $0.99 each and softcover books/magazines are $0.50 each. If you are not sure how much it would cost, ask a cashier nicely to weigh the item for you or just place the item on the scale at the closes cash register.

If you have a Goodwill reward membership (free to join), you will get additional 10% off when your total price is more than $20. Also, 1st Saturdays are additional $0.20 off per pound, making regular items at $0.79 per pound. However, you need to expect the crowds and stand in line for a long time to pay.

I have found many interesting things at this store. I bought some of them but no all.

If you like to dig through for a good bargain, you may like this store. BTW, I know some people suggest to take a pair of gloves. I decided staying away from broken glasses and washing hands afterwards seem to work fine for me. Just watch your kids if you are taking kids with you. They bring new bins out every hour and it is very dangerous for kids to be running around, etc.

LOVE IT! However my arms were are up with bites so make sure you wear short sleeves so you dont take any bugs home with you and wSh things immediately!

Nice place to get bargains at, just mind the people, the carts are the main problem, it has improved quite a bit from the last review I made. Still, go here to have fun and find those goodies.

Very different from the Goodwill stores. This is where they make a final effort to sell what did not sell at their stores. Most is sold by the pound. Many people wear gloves as they sort through the large blue tubs. A portion of the large blue tubs/trolleys are wheeled away and replaced with freshly filled ones at the top of the hour.
