Shout out to Jeremy for always doing a great job!
I'm not the easiest to work with. I'll admit that.. had some issues with my most recent purchase due to technology not wanting to co exist between my phone, truck, and new stereo.
On 3 different occasions, Jeremy immediately got my truck into the shop to perform diagnostics, warranted my stereo, and replaced it with a new one. And didn't give up until my issues were solved.
I appreciate you Jeremy, your integrity and your hard work, your top notch man!

I've been struggling with the ram store for 2 months to get them to put keyless entry on my brand new truck and getting nowhere, I took it here and they did it in an hour. Way easier than doing it myself and better service than dealer.

The team @ Custom Audio on W. 11th know what they are doing. I asked for a very specific thing. Jeremy walked me through the system. He is knowledgeable and considered a previous installation to choose some of the components. I had questions. He has answers. I was unnecessarily critical, even paranoid. I needed a lot of reassurance. They were patient and polite throughout.

I chose Custom Audio 2 years ago to fix a horrible install from a competitor. They pulled the low end gear and replaced it with reference sound. Amazing.

I brought my new Nissan Rogue SV to Custom Audio for a loud and clean sound system. I questioned every detail. They used top of the line reference equipment. At volume it sounds AMAZING. The other day I was driving home from work (it's an hour commute) and the sound was transformational.

Even now, again after many questions, Dean & Jeremy have offered to make time in the schedule to help me fine tune the system exactly to my liking.

I recommend these guys if you want audiophile sound at volume. I am a musician (not a sound guy) and I want great sound that can be cranked up. I'm really impressed with how they designed the sound stage such that there is clear direct listen-ability anywhere in the vehicle.

Every bit of the process was clean, professional, efficient, personal, reasonable, polite and steadfast. The team @ Custom Audio stand behind their work. Unbelievable Sound Quality w/great components. Jeremy installed a Kenwood Sub for a Dynamic Bass. It's smooth like butter.

Sultans of Swing sounds fantastic. Lamb Lies Down on Broadway was so emotional I felt like I was Dash tripping the streets of New York. Phil Collins is one of my favorite drummers and I can hear even the quietest fastest syncopation crystal clear. When I got home I sat in my driveway to finish the album.

Great service here. Jeremy very friendly and helpful. Looking to upgrade an older vehicle so it works with iPhone by adding a new stereo that works with CarPlay. Didn’t feel any sales pressure. Work done fast. No issues. Would highly recommend over other shops I visited in town

We came to Custom Audio hoping to find a new stereo for our van, we could’ve gone with Best Buy but we wanted to support a local business. We spoke to Robert, who was so helpful and ordered the kit we needed and had the stereo installed the same day. We are so happy with our purchase and our buying experience. We will definitely be referring our friends to Custom Audio and will be back when we are ready to install our backup camera.

I went into this shop yesterday on a whim, as I have been looking to see if someone could fix my trucks remote start system. The employee Jeremy I spoke with, took a look at my truck and seemed to have a genuine interest in fixing it. After talking with him, he told me to email the company the manufacturer's my remote start, as it's not one the shop uses. I took his advice, and the company emailed me back in 10 mins with the answer, and I was able to fix it by myself!

Even though I didn't get any "services" done through this shop, the employee was very professional and talked to me like a person and not a "dumb girl" like a lot of shops have prior. 5 stars for quality customer service!

I've bought my last 3 stereos here. The staff is very helpful and super professional. I've seen them deal with 20 somethings and 80 somethings while waiting and everyone gets the same respect. Amazing!

I had a head unit and backup camera installed. They came in an average of $200 cheaper than every other store in the area. And they did it the same day in two hours. No "Well we can schedule you sometime next week". Great customer service, friendly staff, and they even swapped out my license plate for me when it showed up in the mail. I know right? With the backup camera installed I didn't have the tools to do it. Called them and 15 minutes later, done. Made sure I knew how to use everything, answered all my questions. Honestly a bit of a rarity these days, especially in this area. I've had some pretty poor shopping experiences locally (I'm looking at you BestBuy) and this was a refreshing and much needed change.

This shop took care of my alarm needs, and added power locks. They met all of my expectations and answered all of the questions that I had. Very friendly, knowledgeable. I drove 2 hours to have perform work on my car, and I'll take my next one to them too!

I bought a sub with a built in amp I called to see if they could get me in and Jeremey got me in and they hooked it up they did a great job definitely worth going there

I am very happy with my service.
The job was to fit an aftermarket stereo and add keyless entry to my 1990 BMW 735i with a factory amp. Not the easiest job but they still went tru and provided the best price.

One of the few people I trust with my car. Great audio products and service.

Top notch equipment.... was impressed with the knowledge they have from helping the basic bass head beginner to someone knowing how to trick hair. I have 2 12s for I'm trying out and I'm very impressed by the company that I'm getting ready to do a full build in a Excursion that will blow the windows out. Anyone that wants to do a build right I would suggest these guys to go too first.
