Caitlin was amazing. She calmed me down and got my devices working. It took some time, but the other location wasn't able to solve my technical issues.

Courtney was helpful, amazing, and made buying a new phone a very non stressful process. I would highly recommend Verizon as my phone carrier and Courtney in the Verizon Store on West 11th St in Eugene Oregon.

I upgraded my phone and Courtney was awesome! She stayed with me even after hours to make sure everything worked well with my phone and my account. Totally recommend this store! Thank you Courtney!

We upgraded 3 cell phones and bought several accessories. We were at this particular store on what could have been one of the busiest days of the year. The sales associate Alex was so awesome. We had an overall excellent experience.

Recently I went in to upgrade to a fold 5 and despite a bit of a wait the service was top notch. Dalton and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to help. They get you the best deal or the best help that they can provide. Not only are they outstanding in their service, but they were very patient and kind to some very difficult and unreasonable customers during the time I was there. They also got me into the fold 5 for only $3 more monthly. Outstanding all around, everyone there deserves a raise.

Good experiences so far at this store. Got what I need quickly, in a couple cases despite the presence of other unruly customers whose lack of manners and breathtaking incompetence regarding details of contracts or even just basic knowledge of how their phones work was met by the agents with patience and empathy. I think the West 11th store is a good alternative to the VRC corpo location where the customer service is less about solving problems and more about rehearsing the company line or whatever. I'd recommend making an appointment if possible. It'd probably save time, and I'm sure it makes it easier for the agents to manage whatever odd contingencies happen to walk through the door on a given day.

Kevin at this branch did an incredible job yesterday, August 15, and deserves a raise. He was staffing the store singlehandedly, and there was a line, but he was focused and upbeat and helpful. In the past I mostly have had frustrating experiences with Verizon and kept using them because my options were limited, but after the work Kevin did with me yesterday, I have a positive impression of the company for the first time in forever.

Alanna was absolutely the most helpful customer service representative for us and our situation l. She spent close to 2 hours in the phone with a previous provider trying to solve our issues, and took the time to do it right herself when they couldn't come through. Thank you so much for your effort and everything you helped us with!!

I drove across town to get this Verizon location (after reading the reviews) and was not disappointed. The service was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Alex was awesome! Had excellent knowledge of all the plans and products, shared all the options, without being a sleepy salesman and pressuring us into extra purchases. We also had our kids with us and they got a little rambunctious, but he was so patient and kind to them and never made us feel bad for bringing them along!

The manager here helped us navigate account options that would save us a ton of money and took his time to patiently deal with several problems. There was a line of people waiting patiently and I would guess it's because the support here is unmatched.

I went in to pay my monthly bill and was talked into updating my plan with new phones and watches by Alex. He was nice and not too pushy. But my experience was absolutely amazing when I came back in once my products arrived. Alanna was absolutely wonderful. She helped me set up my new accounts, transferred my phone information and most of all, she was kind and understanding. Because of employees like Alanna and Trey i will continue to use Verizon. Alex was knowledgeable and provided a no pressure sales experience without trying to upsell me. I had my new iPhone set up and ready to go within 30 minutes of my visit. Highly recommend the store.

Alana worked with us for as long as we needed and with a smile the whole time! She was so kind and considerate of our needs and never lost her patience despite the struggles we had and the hours it took. She never made us feel rushed and was so helpful and we got to our desired resolution by the end! Pulled out all the stops and tricks up her sleeve to get what we needed. Really fantastic customer service at this location. Despite being quite busy, both Kevin and Alana made sure the customers felt cared for and helped with their needs.

Alex went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, capable and kind. Had a handle on all my questions and made sure my device was up and running before I left. This will now be my Verizon store.

The agent was very knowledgeable about the products and offered accessories, but also checked my account for pending discounts. He was polite, friendly and professional. He resolved all my questions with confidence which gave me confidence in his ability to help me.

I have been here multiple times, and both Alex and Kevin have helped me with different things. They were the best experiences I've ever had in a verizon store. Both are super knowledgeable and fun to work with. I highly recommend this location for any verizon transactions. Verizon is lucky to have such experienced people on their team.
