Been with Centra since the 90's and they have always been helpful and has had our best interest in mind, Holly Bakker is one of the best there, it's been a pleasure watching her grow from a teller, to her current place with Centra, and the service they provide especially for home, car, and personal loans, and special benefits like high interest savings accounts, early deposits for payroll directly to your account. It's worth a visit.

My husband and I came in to open an account. Nic, the branch development manager was very eager to help us despite it being later in the day. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions easily. I know the help we required was lengthy and I appreciate his help very much.

I enjoy banking here. Everyone is Friendly, and kind. They've always been able to help me on any questions I've had and are willing to help. I highly recommend banking here ! 🙂

Great staff, they will happily work with you and it's nice to be a "regular" to the point the tellers really get to know you. Their staff is always the same, with a smile and happy to see you.

Holly and Nick at the Shelbyville branch are awesome and take care of me and have definitely remedied my concerns about feeling like less of a priority. But unfortunately the Credit Union itself needs some serious improvements.

Great friendly staff!
Sometimes it can be busy there so plan ahead when doing your banking. The parking lot is tight & very small. Worried a vehicle will someday go through the front window, you see it happen all the time. I suggest putting cement poles on the inside wall near the front glass or some other type of hardened barrier to protect the tellers and customers. No room to do it on the outside sidewalk.

Pleasant staff, always go above and beyond their job duties to make sure your problems and questions are taken care of.

They are all friendly. Lady in first office is amazing and very helpful. However, I am always waiting and waiting in line. Greensburg office is worse, but a customer, at any banking facility should not have to wait this long. And teller slots are never full. And most of the time is only one and one at drive tru. And sometimes another lobby one but isnt accepting customers where she's working on something else. Not sure.

Slow very slow. I have banked there for around 20hrs and can't even get a loan. But I can go get one at a bank.
