Amazing experience!!! I’ve been wanting a pair of Birkenstock Boston’s for so long & Ross was so helpful and sweet! He made sure I had the perfect size & color. He was so patient while I decided on my pair & told me exactly how to care for my shoes. Will be returning! :)

Service that stands out! I received a gift and came into Footwise on Broadway for help with maintenance for my Birks. Rocky went above and beyond and exchanged the pair. I am beyond happy and thankful for Rocky and his support. (Literally :-) . We love this shop and have been coming here for years. Great selection too. It’s a Portland gem!

About 6 weeks ago I went to the Footwise on Hawthorne looking for pull on ankle boots. I had tried on Blundtstones at a couple of other stores and they didn’t feel very good. One salesperson said that they either work for you or they don’t and apparently they didn’t. So I was looking for a similar style in a different brand. I stopped in at Footwise and fortunately for me Max was working that day. He was convinced Blundstones could work with the proper insole and size. He spent a lot of time trying different things until they felt just right. So I got them and am very happy with them. I just think such great customer service needs to be acknowledged. Max was great!

Came in 10 min before closing and was helped by Ross. He was extremely helpful and nice and didn't rush us even though we stayed past closing. Very friendly and helped me get exactly what I needed without getting frustrated (I am very indecisive). A+ would buy from here again.

Great service. The guy that helped me was wonderful. He was very helpful and found exactly what I was looking for. He told me about there great return policy and they they also Russell Birkenstocks there. I have searched for a few years for a place that is qualified to resole birkenstocks.

Good selection, fair prices, and I love being able to support a local small business. They didn't have the exact shoe I went in thinking I wanted, but I really like what I ended up getting. Plus I didn't have to drive across the river to the Birkenstock store up I-5.

I’ve been suffering with leg pain and numbness and hip pain for a few years, with no relief from acupuncture, physical therapy, shots of cortisone. I shared my woes with Dave Alexander, a manager at this store and he gave me quite an education on the structure of my particular feet and ankles and put me in sneakers and sandals that lessened my pain immediately! He told me he’s been doing this for thirty years and it shows because I feel like he just changed my life! And on top of all of that, he seems to genuinely love helping people and was basically cheering when I told him how much better I felt immediately. I want to throw all my old shoes away. I am beyond grateful that I found this place. If you have issues with your feet, back, hips or knees, let them know! And ask for Dave!

Took my elderly Mom for a new pair of shoes. Staff could not have been nicer or accommodating. Highly recommend. Great broad range of quality products.

I stopped in on lunch break today to check out the sale. Great staff, the store manager (I can’t remember her name! I’m so sorry) helped me find a comfortable and pretty cute shoe for my upcoming trip! Who knew such a thing existed? I’m the interior is pretty tired and run down but the 2 people who helped me today were great. No pressure sales and a great conversation. I’m excited to go back for sandals this summer!

It was my first time visiting Footwise, as I don't happen to live very close.

They carry a great selection of high-end shoes. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. I'll go out of my way to visit the next time I need a new pair of shoes.

Went in for birkenstocks came out with something else that is fabulous. Found a wool Tilley hat too (and it fits my large head!) as well. Good service by knowledgeable, helpful people.

A salesperson named Ross helped me get my last pair of running shoes here. I got some Hokas and he gave me some great insight! Really knew his stuff! It was a little busy but he was still super patient and kind. And sized me up perfectly. Great experience, amazing shoe, can't say enough good things

I visited this store twice in one morning, and both times the gal working was extremely helpful, going so far as to check the inventory at another location and have the shoes shipped to this one, just so I could try them! I'm happy to have a shop like this in my neighborhood.

Good friendly service. None of the shoes we wanted were in stock but they offered to ship for free to our home. Well worth the drive from Olympia.
