Ryan is the best! His staff is great too! He will shop around getting you the best rates and tells you if a better rate is possible down the road. He tells you honestly what is causing certain rate hikes. My dad’s house burned down and Ryan was a huge help to navigate in getting ins when he got a new house. My dad’s previous agent was unprofessional and cold non caring. Ryan was attentive and understood every dollar matters!

We decided to switch our insurance a few months back after finding out JC was in the insurance business. JC was prompt in getting us prices to switch auto insurance companies. He even suggested that we keep our homeowners insurance, because we already had a great rate. Fast forward yesterday, JC was able to rewrite our homeowners insurance policy (since it was due for renewal). The rate did go up just based on rate increases, but JC took time to explain everything. JC has done a fantastic job making this transition smooth and simple.

Edit update, Oct, 2022. 11 months later, someone t-bones me and my car was totaled. I cannot describe adequately how JC and the insurance company took care of EVERYTHING, tow truck, rental, communication with the body shop. They set the standard on excellent customer service.
