Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable compared to others. Only downside is they are frequently out of juices we like.

I go here to get juice. People are always nice. They play video games and have a pool table. It decorated really nice too. They have Veteran discount, juice, salts, delta products, coils and vapes. Always nice to chat with the employees.

Helpful staff helped me pick out and set up my first mod. I love it! Know where I’m going when I need more juice.

Went in asking for a new doolee tank, they don't carry them any more. I got a great recommendation for a different tank and I totally dig it. It doesn't hold as much, but the flavor is superior to my old tank.

Great experience and I'd highly recommend this shop for both advanced and novice vapors alike. Knowledgeable staff and a really cool environment.

Great vape store!!! I have been into this location a few times. I have always had a really good experience. Unlike some of the other smoke shops, these guys actually talk to you and give you really good information. The guy working there today helped me pick out a new setup and answered all of the questions I had. Definitely recommend this shop!!!

Brian is invested in his job. Being worried about vape juice tasting blank should never happen. Brian's recommendations of coil adjustments solved my vaping crisis. I am a specific person and I appreciate his kind demeanor. And telling me new information that a sheltered person who is breaking free can process.

I'd like to add as a couple hour follow up. Having the days that I do, having the flavors I really want makes it bearable. With simple concept learning from Brian... I've been able to stop buying my coils. Yeah I'm sure everyone can figure it out simply.... but you aren't me. Even with the miniscule things not being shamed is freeing.

Being new to vaping they explained everything, sometimes twice over.

One of the best vape shops around Indy. Finally upgraded to an RDA tank. They spent almost an hour with me showing me how to make the coils, thread the cotton and add juice. Incredible customer service. Their juice selection is good and prices very reasonable. Can not recommend them.enough.

I was surprised that they carry disposable vapes! Nice variety and the guys are always very welcoming. Its an awesome vibe with the oddities. For me I want to get in get out and get on my way. They make it possible and do it with top notch customer service. Located in an area where its hard to come across disposable vapes. All around one of my fave finds since moving to the area. Oh and I was stoked when I learned about all the loyalty discounts and special price days. Another great perk of this charming shop. Stop in you won't regret it

The gentleman I dealt with was AMAZING! He was extremely helpful and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or want. Very patient, informative and he really took his time with me which was greatly appreciated. Would go there again.

These guys are the real deal. Quality Pens and all other vape gear. More than fair prices and they are not afraid to stand behind their products. On multiple reviews, I have said that a business who has to put up a sign about no refunds, just turn around and walk out. If they can't stand behind their products even for a few weeks. Then go to Vapor Madness. They get a full recommendation from me!

Stopped by there on a whim to get re set up with vaping. Suggested a great mod (Smok) and had the exact juice I wanted. Didn't try to upsell like other shops. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Will definitely make this my go-to shop.

Been coming here for a better part of 2 years now. The crew is inviting, knowledgeable and crazy nice. Standup arcade in the back, pool table up front. Comfy, cozy. Awesome place to get your vap on.

Every time I go into my local store here in Greenwood the staff always takes great care of me! They help me pick out products and liquid and def know what they’re talking about! Brian is awesome!!

I love this vape shop. I started out buying my first vape from here went to a few different ones to get juice but they didn't come close to this place. I love the kid with the glasses that works here. He is always so helpful nice and knowledgeable.
