For insurance and all of the headaches that come with it, I feel like I've found an agent that works like Excedrin. I've had wonderful service and after a year I was told that prices had gone up due to inflation. Looking for other providers and speaking with Eric directly about it, I found myself being offered a bundle that lowers my rate, gave me life insurance, and SAVED me twelve dollars. I was shown a surprising level of customer care and found myself staying with them and needed to commend the wonderful customer service.

I was looking for quotes to compare auto and homeowners insurance rates and was pointed in the direction of Eric Kwiatkowski's State Farm. I was really skeptical but after speaking with Colt was pleasantly surprised. He answered all my questions and provided me with quotes that he immediately emailed to me. Filled out online quote just exploring my options. Sent info over to agent to get a few questions answered. My husband and I were looking to change home owners and auto insurance. I had inquired online for estimates, and received some calls and 3 messages, mostly hang ups. However, Colt was diligent in calling and leaving messages fairly often indicating he was eager to give us competitive quotes. That impressed me. I know it may sound strange, but I have to be in the correct frame of mind to have a long conversation on the phone and make financial decisions. Colt was professional, informative, yet comfortable to talk to and never pushy, understanding I was looking for estimates. As our conversations progressed, I decided State Farm was the business for us. He made all the arrangements and calls to cancel our previous company and get us great endorsements and rates. Colt informed me that my new agent was a great guy, and I wouldn't have to go through many recordings to press this or that help, like my last ins company. So, after receiving our refund check from our former company for homeowners, I called my new agent's office to have a declaration page faxed, and sure enough Eric answered the phone, said no problem, on faxing the document. Called the office. I spoke with Jamie. I needed to know that I was fully covered yet if I could lower my monthly rate. She was so kind and knowledgeable of State Farm's services.

Eric has a very strong team with excellent customer service! I worked closely with Jasmine and she was extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns.
