I gave my babygirl her 1st pair of converse from here! Pink high tops! She was 2! Lol!!! It was cute! She walked around in the mall wearing her little bitty new converse. Lol!!! Nn I was n still am, just blowed away by it! She is adorable!!! Nn those little shoes fit her just right!!! Just like momma!!!

Kind of torn and what to rate this experience. I went on 7-23-17 and went straight to the shoe I knew my daughter would want. As I stood there shoe in hand an employee named Tyler tries his hardest to walk around me. After seeing there was no one else for him to help and I was staring intently he reluctantly asked what I needed. I tell him the size he walks to the back and says not only do they not have them, but the shoe doesn't come any bigger then a size 10. I asked if he could look online he says "Yea you can but they only go to ten" then walks off. As I leave the store I go online and find it in all kids sizes. I walk back in and ask a different employee, Marquee, and he says he can order it online for me. He ask to see the shoe and for the size. Once I tell him he walks straight to the other side if the store and grabs an eleven. I look over at Tyler and state "oh it does come bigger then a ten?!?!' I ask Marquel if he can check to see if they have the size I need. Not even a minute later he is back with the exact shoe I asked for at the beginning of this ordeal. Tyler stares at my sister and me the whole time we check out and never, not once apologizes for the misunderstanding. I'm assuming it wasn't a misunderstanding at all but that for whatever reason I was not good enough for his time. My daughter loves her shoe. It fits perfectly. Marquel was a great help. Tyler on the other hand needs to either be let go or retrained. Discrimination like this will cost the store customers. To any one reading this if you go to this location, don't even bother with Tyler go straight for Marquel. That's what I will be doing for her on out.

The lady that made my exchange was very unfriendly, not sure if she hates her job or just life but she definitely doesn’t need to be in customer service. Do yourself a favor & do not shop here go to a different location or shop on line. If I could have given zero stars that is still too much!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had put a pair of shoes on hold to come back later in the evening to purchase. When I returned, no one could find them. The "manager" was too busy chatting with her friends to assist. I am actually shocked at how bad customer service has gotten.

I love their shoes and will continue to shop the same brands just never again at the Greenwood store. Maybe I just went in on an off day with bad service however I was extremely disappointed. Its hard enough getting a toddler to cooperate and try on shoes....as I patiently waited for the employee to help me she continued to help another woman. Then she went over and proceeded to help ANOTHER 2 different people that had walked in well after me and made eye contact with me every time she walked by but NEVER offered to get a size or help me....not even an "I'll be with you in a minute". In a nutshell, great shoes, horrible service. Employees need to be more helpful and I will continue shopping at the other Journey Kidz location but never this one.
